“i have absolutely no complaints at all, our stay was fantastic if only for the one night.the staff were very friendlyand helpfull, we will make a point of staying in cardiff again very soon.”

• Good parking facilities.Excellent standards through out your hotel. Very clean!!
• 1 sausage, 1 bacon, half a dozen mushrooms, an egg & half a tomato....ummmm??

• Large spacious room, nice shower and bathroom, excellent fittings in roomincluding widescreen tv and cd player
• parking charges

• Excellent room and great view, friendly and helpful staff and a very good breakfast.
• Parking initially, but this was sorted out later

• The hotel was excellent, especially the amazing views from the bedroom window. The food was excellent.
• Parking

“This hotel was absolutely fabulous, my wife and I had a excellent stay in Cardiff and we think this has a lot to do with the hotel. We were amazed as we walked into the room and saw the fantastic panoramic view of the city and bay.Thank you.”

• excellent room, excellent breakfast, excellent facilities
• a little poor management, especially house keeping. some rooms are noisy beause of the air-conditioner.
