  • Great location.
  • Non smoking.

“Nice rooms, good food, excellent service. The no tip policy was also quite nice as it eliminated the need to keep dollar bills in your pocket at the ready.”

  • The room was comfortable and clean.
  • Overpriced, quality of service was poor, hotel staff rude and unaccommodating

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It took almost 2 hours to get our bags to our room. It took almost 1 hour to get service in the restaurant. Forget about the service in the lounge. It was extremely overpriced. The room rate in comparison to the staff was outrageous. It was, however, conveniently located next to the venue where we were going. To me the hotel and staff were not prepared for the amount of activity going on. I have worked at Avon Old Farms Hotel. Look it up. It blows the Seaport away.”

  • Hotel staff was extremely friendly. I liked the fact that gratuities were included in the cost of each service.
  • I can't. Really liked the place.

“The Seaport Hotel has spacious rooms. The friendly and efficient staff works for you from check in through check out and beyond. The hotel restaurant is exceptional. It compares favorably with Boston's better restaurants. The hotel shuttle really takes the stress out of getting to the next leg of your adventure. Another stress reducer for your stay is the hotel's gratuities included policy. The Seaport is the hotel industry's EASY BUTTON.”

  • Room showed a lot of wear and the no-tipping policy and $3 service charge was unexpected

“Nice hotel...needs to be maintained a little better ie. hotel looks worn out”

  • I liked that they had a shuttle that would take you to the heart of the tourist attractions in Boston.
  • My last few trips to Boston I stayed at Nine Zero & Parker House I like that location better.

“It has a nice health club, good bar, it's clean, nice view, good service.”
