• Far better than expected on such short notice, highly recommend.
• Can not think of anything.

“This hotel is Boston's most well-kept secret in the Theater District. Staff is attentive, friendly, and professional. Nice amenities for families and business travelers - free wireless internet, business center, pool, workout room, and restaurant. Rooms are spacious and kept very clean. Proximity to downtown, Chinatown, and Boston's well-known theaters is added bonus.”

• Large, clean rooms. Nice fitness room and pool area.
• Instead of calling a cab in the morning for the airport, the bellman called a town car which was much more expensive.

“Overall, I thought this was a nice hotel and was in a great location in Downtown Boston. The bedroom and bathroom were both large and clean. The hotel had a nice fitness center and pool area. The staff wasn't overly friendly or accommodating but overall it was a good experience.”

• The staff was very helpful with some confusion with parking.
• Phone confirmation staff not helpful.

“We were pleased that there was self-parking and that our car was on the property. The hotel was very centrally located. The concierge was very helpful with directions and finding points of interest. We enjoyed our stay.”

• I loved the sleep number bed.
• The elevators were a little bouncy and noisy.

“This hotel had easy access from the highway and attached parking. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and it's location in Boston. It is in easy walking distance to many attractions and fantastic restaurants.”

• The halls were stuffy and it seemed old and out of date.

• Large rooms - comfortable beds -close to downtown.
• Boston streets are difficult -Kneeland St. is Stuart St.

“Excellent location once there. Legal seafood across the street, concierge arrange duck tour in 5 minutes - city gardens hidden behind hotel - 3 minute walk, beds were outstanding, windows were thick enough to keep out construction noises. Hot tubs would help.”

• The room was very clean and had everything I needed. Great location.

“The room was clean and attractive. The hotel is located in downtown Boston and has very access to the train and most of the major areas are within walking distance. Lots of restaurants also with easy walking distance. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.”

• The location was good.
• The hotel door man was half asleep most of the time he never bothered to welcome us or even smile during any of our encounters. The bed is not comfy.

“Hotel is clean but very plain. Staff are polite but have no personalities. Location is great. My room had a nice view. My bed was broken the air adjuster would not work. My bathtub leaked into room downstairs so I had the hotel staff checking my bathroom a few times. We had to switch rooms and they did not offer to send the bellhop up to help. Breakfast was very boring and plain. Pool and exercise room was plain and basic as well. If it was not for the location this would be a 2 star hotel.”

• Very few amenities in the hotel itself.

“Great hotel if you're going to be out and about. It's clean, modern, everything works well. The elevators and halls aren't air conditioned and are a bit hot, the rooms are well air conditioned. The pool is fine, the exercise room is very minimal and a bit of a hot box, as it's in the same room as the pool. Lots of places close by for food and not too far from a T station.”

• Nicely appointed, clean, spacious rooms. Close to certain area attractions and restaurants.
• A little bit of a walk to the Subway and a slightly away from major attractions. Internet connection slightly slow.

“This is a great hotel with good value for the price. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. Location is also pretty good. Would recommend to others and would happily stay again.”

• Restaurant understaffed and not tasty.

“The desk clerk, Gil, was outstanding. He provided much information. There was a free business center with internet access, copier, and printer. Other hotel staff was very helpful. Laundromat just 2 blocks away. We were upgraded to a junior suite with 2 balconies. WOW!”

• Employees were very helpful & nice, clean rooms, sleep number beds.
• Vending machines on room floor and pool floor did not work.

“Overall, the hotel was nice but I would not stay again at a Radisson. Seems as though for a 7 night stay they could of had a better rate for refrigerator ($20.00/night), I used a cooler. No microwaves available at all. The sleep number beds are probably the best thing of all. Would have been nice if a continental breakfast was included.”

• The elevator was slow, rickety and dark.

“The Radisson was a great place to stay: comfortable and clean. It could do with a little renovation with simple touches like adding some colorful fabrics or paints in the room, as well as a total overhaul of the elevators. I loved the balcony with the view of the city skyline.”

“Outstanding rooms and staff. Good location on the edge of the Theatre District but dark and tired public spaces. Parking is convenient in the garage next door, but it would be nice if guests got even a 10% discount. I would stay at this hotel again happily and will recommend it to others.”

“We were not aware when check in, that we would have to spend over $30 per day to use the hotel parking garage! We also didn't know that a complimentary breakfast was not included- all of the hidden charges really added up. Major disappointment!”

“Perfect location for in town Boston. We were close to everything, had a great view from our balcony, great night sleep on Sleep number bed and more! I would definitely come back to this hotel if I went to Boston for another trip! There were also key card access only elevators to stop random people from straying in on busy weekend nights. It made me feel pretty safe and there was always plenty of hotel staff ready and available to help us find what we needed. Highly recommend!”

• Apart from one gentleman at the concierge, the staff was not helpful and attentive.

“The staff were not very helpful. I checked in after midnight and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. My room was not cleaned after my first night and when I mentioned it to the front desk he did not offer to send someone to clean it. There was a very helpful gentleman at the concierge desk.”

“I would most definitely stay here again. Good location for both Boston and Cambridge and the staff was great (especially the valet service-I had appointments and was in and out several times). I cannot comment on the food as I did not dine in. There are a lot of choices for restaurants in the area. A+ in my book.”

• View from top floor room was fabulous, as was the location.
• Pool was not good, and didn't have a hot tub.

“If you're just going to sleep, or want some place clean and conveniently located, this is a good value. There's not much in the way of amenities in the hotel though, except a restaurant we didn't try. Ask for a top floor room, the views are awesome.”

“We were given a room that was adjoining another room and there were college kids in that room. They were up till 3 a.m. and we could hear them talking. The noise was very loud. I would think twice before I stay here again.”

• The elevators were very slow, had to wait a long time. Also the remote for the TV did not work. It was replaced but then the other didn't work.

“Have stayed there twice, friendly staff and clean comfy rooms both stays, 1st stay used valet to park and found our car pressed against the garage wall, bumper was actually dented in, 2nd stay we parked our own car, would definitely recommend this hotel, but park your own car.”

• Just three T-stops away from Fen way Park! Lots of great restaurants nearby!
• We didn't stay long enough to use the pool, but it looked great!

“We stayed just one night in this hotel in order to avoid driving home after a Red Sox game. We were able to park right in the garage and just take the T to Fen way Park. Although we didn't have time to actually swim in the pool, the heated pool and fitness facility looked clean. They also had a large outdoor deck area where many guests were lounging and sunning on the 80 degree day. In the room itself we had free internet access as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay at the Radisson Boston.”

• It was located within walking distance to most everything: dinner, theater, park, shopping. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. It was enjoyable.
• Parking was a little expensive but that might be the norm I am not familiar.

“I would recommend this hotel. It had all the amenities and it was centrally located. I would recommend it to my friends and family. Actually someone mentioned it to me and I tried and it was true to what they said. Great! Thank you so much.”

• Extremely clean and very quite.
• The hotel seems to be completely renovated, but the pool area could use some sprucing up.

“This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were large enough with very clean, bright and modern bathrooms. The staff were great and eager to help. The location is great, right within a short walking distance to both Copely Square and Boston Common. Only time we used the restaurant was for the breakfast buffet which was very good but a little pricey at $16 per person. The pool area is nice with a sun deck outside but the pool/pool area could use some paint and sprucing up. All in all a great experience.”
