• Room had funny smell.

“I was under the impression this was a 4-star hotel. It was not. The room had a funny smell and we could not open a window for fresh air. It was also hard to access the hotel because the signage is hidden and the entry is unclear. We ended up making a left turn toward where we thought the driveway was and had to go all the way back to the airport and circle around on the freeway. We had a problem getting someone to take our bags down the next morning. The front desk person was very helpful however when we left something behind in our room. I would not stay at this hotel again.”

• Nice hotel.
• They did not wash out the coffee cups. It was just like they investigated on 20/20. My lipstick was still left smeared on the cup.

“It was a nice hotel with nice staff. However it cost sixty dollars to travel back and forth to the stadium and to town. This made the price not worth it.”

• While the first room was awful the second one was nice.
• We were was first placed in a room with peeling paint and a live creature that kept scratching.

“Some of the rooms are disgusting, like the first one I was placed in-- peeling paint, stained carpeting, a mouse or other critter scratching incessantly. When I went down to the lobby to complain I was given a nicer room that did not have peeling paint, the carpet was fine and no creature scratching.”

• Initally given room right under jack-hammer construction zone.

“Desk staff were very helpful with directions and dinner reservations down town. Manager promptly gave us a new room after we complained about the noise overhead. Pool was clean and just the right temperature. Willstay here next trip to Phillie.”

• There was a spot on the floor that was wet when we entered.

“Even though it is rated 4 stars, I've had better stays in Choice Hotels. The staff is slow (if not non-responsive) and the rooms are old and not cleaned well. It was not worth what we paid for the room.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• We arrived late evening & there were 4 police cars & a heated argument in the lobby - had to wait for the incident to be over before checking in.

“The hotel is clean but old, worn and dark. It is in need of an updating. We arrived late at night to a heated argument going on in the lobby and 4 police cars. We had to wait for the incident to end before we could check in. Did not seem like many people were staying there and did not feel comfortable staying there.”

“What a great place to stay! The pool area is spectacular as are the surrounding grounds complete with informational signs about the local wildlife. Very convenient to the airport with very nicely furnished rooms and great beds.”

• Difficult to find.

“This is an excellent hotel, but a little out of the way. It is near the Philly airport, but it is better to get off I-95 at exit 9A-B and then circle back toward the airport rather than get off at the airport exit. Even our GPS system was confused by this address. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Hotel was in the middle of no where.

“The hotel was very nice but was not a 4 star except in service where it was 5 star. There is nothing around the hotel and it felt desolate. The pool was okay but there were dirty towels everywhere, the floor was dirty and I had to ask for clean towels to be brought out. The hotel staff were very nice and very accommodating. The airport shuttle runs very smoothly and they have several to accommodate large crowds.”

• The common areas and lobby were very elegant.
• The room did not have a mini fridge and the bathroom was mediocre.

“The room was okay but did not uphold the standards of a 4 star hotel. It was bland and much likes that of a 3 star hotel. There was no minifridge to keep our beverages cold, no minibar, and the room was very bland with a very bland bathroom. I remain as always, under whelmed.”

• The location is very hard to get to, A/C broken, nasty surroundings.

“Things just didn't work. No A/C, certain TV channels very fuzzy, pay in room internet, ugly surroundings, difficult to get to by car. No way it's a 4 star. Far from sports stadiums, downtown, good restaurants, shopping and attractions.”

• Decor and atmosphere was nice, in so much that if Im in Philly again I will use this hotel.
• Room temperature was hard to regulate sometime.

“It was nice and attractive with comfortable rooms. It was close to the major interstate and was convenient to the different sites we had to visit. It had wireless internet connections in the room and lobby areas. Pool area was nice. We where within 3 miles to the hotel which may flight connections a breeze. It was also quiet and we couldn't even here the airplanes from the airport.”

• I like the way the room was staged. The only thing missing was a flat screen TV.
• The air conditioning was out of order. This made for a miserable nights sleep.

• Comfy bed. Gave free breakfast buffet.
• Located far from city. Hot tub broken.

“This hotel is decent. However, it is 2-3 stars, no more. It has a business trip feel to it. It is near the airport, so you have to drive a little into the city (15 minutes). Really good breakfast buffet. Pool and hot tub are nice, but hot tub not working during our stay. Atrium is beautiful. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfy.”

• They have a copy machine and email for free use.
• This hotel has the policy of not changing the linens of the beds from one guest to another. It should be inspected and fined.

“What are the chances of finding dirty sheets in three rooms, on different floors of the same hotel. The staff tells you that the sheets are "not always ironed." This way, it takes you some time to realize that they are actually used, unwashed sheets. We found hair in the beds of three rooms! When, finally, we were given a room that seemed cleaner, we still found a stain (sticky, dry stain!) in the sheets. This hotel should be inspected and fined for reasons of lack of hygiene.”

• The staff was especially helpful in two main areas and the restaurant was very good with food and staff.
• The tub's drain was very slow and the HBO guide was not up to date.

“I liked the slight out of the way location of the hotel (just before reaching the hotel is an area with many, many hotels together). The bathroom was larger than many. The bed and bedding were nice and comfortable.”

• Friendly, helpful staff; well-appointed room.
• Although the bed coverings were new and stylish, the mattress seemed soft and old.

“A very nice hotel. The off-airport location in a business park is hard to find if you are driving. (In fact the entire airport area is a driver's nightmare. A dozen poorly marked roads defied even my expensive GPS.) The room was fine, and the staff very helpful. All in all, a very pleasant one-night visit, once the hotel was found!”

• The friendly and courteous staff was very accommodating.
• Unfortunately, every time that we have stayed in this hotel, our ventilation system continuously pumped chlorine smelling air into our room.

“We've stayed at this hotel several times and every time has been great. The linens are fresh. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff is always friendly. The only complaint we have is that the ventilation in the rooms is poor. When we come home, everything that we brought with us wreaks like chlorine. It all has to be washed even if it hasn't been worn.”

• Not much!
• This hotel is poorly maintained and quickly becoming run down. This one is barely a 3 star.

“Location is okay if you only need an airport hotel. If you need to travel to central Philadelphia the hotel is not well located. I will definitely never use this hotel again. The star rating on this hotel is very, very wrong and misleading.”
