“I had a great experience at this hotel. It met my every need. The renovation of this historic hotel had all of the modern conveniences that I desired. For example, the numerous electrical outlets with the computer hook up was outstanding. I especially liked the sleep number bed, the energy efficient refrigerator, the room safe, the complimentary water and daily newspaper. The robes added to my comfort. And of course the digital TV with the comforting screen cover was a blast.” Jul 31, 2008 by
Shannon from Tawas City, MI
“If you are traveling with kids it is family friendly but no pool. We really missed having one, would be worth staying farther from town to have a pool and free parking. The hotel was super nice though and so was the staff. We took our kids and had no problem.” Jul 31, 2008 by
Victor from Jersey City, NJ
“This is the first time we stayed at The Radisson Warwick Philadelphia. We were impressed with the friendliness of the clerk at front desk. The room was a little small but clean and nicely decorated with a queen size bed and big plasma HD TV. There was a safe and refrigerator in the room. The bathroom was kind of small but also clean and Zen style decorated. The hotel is less than a block from beautiful Rittenhouse Park which is surrounded by very good restaurants, shops, bars etc. This a very good hotel I would stay here again.” Jul 30, 2008 by
Hope from Pennington, NJ
“The Warwick is a hotel with a wonderful location, off of beautiful and bustling Rittenhouse Square, and close to restaurants, shops, and the PATCO rapid transit system. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was pleasant. I would recommend the Radisson Warwick to anyone. It is a lovely hotel.” Jul 30, 2008 by
Alan from Dublin, OH
“I would stay there again. It is in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay.” Jul 29, 2008 by
Jim from Swanton, OH
“All in all, a very nice experience. However, Friday morning, construction was very loud jack hammers on the street below woke me up at 6:30 am and continued until I left at 8:15 am!” Jul 18, 2008 by
Kayla from Gloversville, NY
“This hotel is very nice. My husband and I went there for our anniversary. It was a nice classy hotel. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We slept like babies. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was very nice and upscale. The food and beverages were delicious. It is centrally located and in walking distance to many restaurants/bars. We would definitely stay there again in the future.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Scott from Wellsville, PA
“Excellent staff, large room with flat screen TV, excellent location in Rittenhouse Square. 12 block walk to historic sites. Lots of shopping and dining in area.” Jul 9, 2008 by
Yuj from Pittsburgh, PA
“The location is perfect-close to all the cool places to eat, shop and see. Check in was easy, staff was helpful and carried our luggage to our room. Room was clean, but the toilet was clogged up. A simple call and a plumber visit shortly thereafter fixed it. Apart from that, great room-flat screen HDTV and good fast Internet. I only used wired, don't know whether they have wireless, but assume so. There was a voucher for one free drink at the bar/restaurant downstairs, which is very nice. Parking is definitely a bad thing in Downtown Philly, with valet parking costing $30 a day. There's a garage around the corner, which is 'only' $20. Also, if you plan to drive around during the day, metered parking is free from 10 pm till 8 am. Fitness room is great! (Since I work out almost every day, it's quite an important part for me.) A bunch of new cardio machines with attached TVs. Strength training machines are also very nice.” Jul 9, 2008 by
Regina from Drexel Hill, PA
“First class all the way.” Jul 3, 2008 by
Paul from Irvington, NJ
“Friendly staff, excellent location, elegant historic hotel, modern rooms with flat screen TV and sleep number beds.” Jun 9, 2008 by
Justine from Moscow, PA
“The hotel is elegant and clean. The sleep number beds and wide, flat screens are fantastic! However, I did not know that it would cost us $30 for 24 hour parking. Not to mention, it's a huge hassle if you forget something in your car as you can not just walk to it. You have to call the parking garage, wait 15-20 minutes for them to get your car back on the 1st level, then tip them because they went out of their way to get your car and repark it. Please keep in mind, any type of room service you receive already has an 18% gratuity charge added to it. Unless you are feeling extremely generous there is no need to tip more.” May 27, 2008 by
Nathaniel from Dover, DE
“We rated this hotel a 10 because it exceeded our expectations, especially, for a Radisson. We have stayed at Radisson in other cities and they did not meet the quality that this one did.” May 26, 2008 by
Patti from Dubuque, IA
“The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was beautiful. The select number bed was a real treat as I usually don't find a bed that is hard enough. I will definitely stay there again!” May 25, 2008 by
Lynnae from Searcy, AR
“We had a luggage carrier on the top of the van. Even though they had a space in the parking deck that would fit our van with the carrier on top, they made us take off the carrier for our stay there and they parked it where the rest of the smaller cars were. Then, when we went to leave, they offered no help to get the van to where the carrier was kept for the week-I had to get the van there, in a VERY small alley, and then we had tell them where the carrier was they had no idea where it was. They offered no help in getting the carrier on the van or getting the carrier to put on the van. My boys had to get it. The valets were very nice while we were staying there bending over backward to make sure we had what we needed shuttles, taxis, our van when we needed it, etc. But, once we were checked out, we were toast. .” May 25, 2008 by
Ronda from Kansas City, MO
“A nice hotel. Good location and free high-speed internet service is nice. The large TV was a plus, too. Overall it's what I expected for the location and price. We didn't use the lounge or restaurant, but both looked inviting. One mystery is the bathroom counter height. The marble countertop had to be 42". I'm short (5' 4") and I felt like I needed a step stool to brush my teeth. I could see no reason for this choice as the drain dropped into the floor. Odd.” May 24, 2008 by
Steve from Lancaster, PA
“We would stay here again. We loved the location, the cleanliness and the wonderful staff.” May 16, 2008 by
Marylou M. from San Diego, CA
“Great historic hotel in the best area of center city Philadelphia.” May 13, 2008 by
Steffi from Waban, MA
“Excellent location in the heart of downtown Philadelphia. Very accommodating staff. Expensive parking, but what can you expect in the middle of a big city? Perfect for our needs. Attending a family occasion in Philly. Large, comfortable rooms, that don't feel like a box.” May 8, 2008 by
Mary from Raleigh, NC
“This is a good 3 star hotel with excellent services and restaurants.” Apr 24, 2008 by
Mary from Sterling, VA
“I think the return for my money was terrific. The hotel's location was great. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance. The fee to park our car was reasonable and offered in-and-out service. The sleep number bed has me now wanting one for home. I truly rested well. Overall the hotel was a fabulous.” Apr 16, 2008 by
Bill from Glen Ellen, CA
“The whole experience was great. The check-in staff was friendly and playful. The room was clean and nice. Beautiful TV. We stopped into the bar attached to the hotel because it looked cool, without even realizing that it was our hotel bar!” Apr 15, 2008 by
Darryl from Winnipeg, MB CA
“In the heart of a great area. Can walk to many major sights. Felt safe walking around at any time.” Apr 9, 2008 by
Eric J. from Cedntralia, WA
“Hotel is nice, heating system was loud.” Apr 6, 2008 by
Rachel-Marie from Lancaster, PA
“$12 movies on the room's TV (no DVD players) $10 little drinks at the bar. If you plan on splurging for this room that would normally not be in your budget, pack accordingly. Bring your laptop so you can use the internet for entertainment (the TV only allows you to watch 10 channels, and the movies cost $12!) Drinks at the bar are very expensive. Food is very expensive. Pack your own food and bring some drinks along.” Mar 29, 2008 by
Kathleen from Burbank, CA
“Lovely hotel tucked away in an upscale and fashionable neighborhood near downtown Philadelphia. Close to variety of excellent eating establishments. Well appointed, spacious rooms with high-end bed linens. Comfortable, inviting lobby with friendly valets to greet you on your arrival.” Mar 29, 2008 by
Tammy from San Antonio, TX
“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is within walking distance from the symphony hall, Curtis Institute of Music, and many shopping areas.” Mar 12, 2008 by
Christopher from Philadelphia, PA
“Excellent. The food, the location, the bed, the free internet. A great place.” Mar 12, 2008 by
John from Washington, DC
“The rooms were large and bright. Free coffee and water in lobby and in room. Large bathroom. Friendly staff and great location. Got checkout extended to 1 pm. Only complaint: park in one of the cheaper parking lots around available within a one block radius instead of paying the hotel's $30 overnight fee.” Mar 11, 2008 by
Daryl from Baltimore, MD
“I wish that I could get this hotel every time I come to Philadelphia. Other than the cost of hotel parking; this hotel is #1 in my book of Downtown Philadelphia Hotels.” Mar 6, 2008 by
Miriam from New Haven, CT
“Our first room was small and faced a brick wall. When I complained, we got moved to a corner room that was much bigger, and had windows. While I am pleased that the staff moved us, I wonder why were put in the first room to begin with if the second room was open. Liked the gym and the location of the hotel.” Feb 26, 2008 by
Jason from New York, NY
“This was the tale of two stories. The hotel itself could not have been better. It so far exceeded expectations with friendly staff, spacious rooms and great facilities. Every step of the way, we were thrilled until checkout. When it came time to get our car out of the garage, we called down 15 minutes ahead and still waiting over 30 minutes for our car to be brought down. The garage staff was lazy and disinterested in satisfying the dozen or so people waiting for cars. I would wholeheartedly recommend the hotel, but suggest parking somewhere else.” Jan 3, 2008 by
Joe from Westbrook, ME
“Very nice hotel. Would roll the dice again and hope for the same outcome.” Nov 24, 2007 by
Molly from Bethlehem, PA
“After being assured of a roll away bed, three hours later, I called the front desk, only to be told there were no more. They offered pillows and blankets, which they delivered 1.5 hours later, at almost 11 pm. We were already in bed with the lights out.” Nov 22, 2007 by
Bruce from Santa Teresa, NM
“Nice place; would be glad to come again.” Nov 21, 2007 by
Carolyn from Mendham, NJ
“Very recently updated, great room. Large and great staff. We love it.” Nov 20, 2007 by
Mark from South Bend, IN
“I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay here. I've been a guest at 6-8 large Downtown hotels (Marriott, Hilton, and the like) over the past several years; this was by far the best. The bathroom was quite attractive and cleans (though the towels could have been of higher quality) and the bed and linens were comfortable and felt new. The LCD HDTV was large and actually featured 6 or 7 channels in HD (this was a first for me; previous hotels had HD capability but no HD stations), including ESPN, ESPN 2, and at least two of the networks. The business center was small (one computer, one printer, one copier), but there was no fee for using it. In fact, while the guest book claims a nominal fee for printing and copying, there was no one there to take my money and no electronic means to ensure that I paid (such as you might find at Kinkos). The fitness center is better in person than in the pictures; all the equipment was new and well maintained with LCD TVs at each aerobic machine (I should note: the channel selection was different in the fitness center and the TVs were not HD). They actually had a seated hamstring isolation machine by Nautilus; something I appreciate but haven't seen since I had a membership a professional gym.” Nov 20, 2007 by
Monica from Charlotte, NC
“Awesome value. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in Downtown Philadelphia!” Nov 20, 2007 by
Christa from Clarks Summit, PA
“Superb hotel; friendly overall staff. Outstanding concierge; great location.” Nov 19, 2007 by
Doreen from Jackson, WY
“My stay at the Radisson Warwick was absolutely fantastic. The location at Rittenhouse Square was fabulous. From the moment my cab pulled in front of the hotel I was treated with kindness, professionalism and felt right at home. I spent five nights at this hotel and was sorry to leave.” Nov 19, 2007 by
Tim from Wyoming, PA
“I would strongly recommend this hotel for travel in Philadelphia because it is only 3 short blocks from Broad Street (convenient) and it had sleep number beds (comfortable). It also has flat screen digital TV.” Nov 19, 2007 by
Kenny from Belleview, FL
“The hotel was great, very chic'. The major problem was that house keeping forgot to change my bed sheets. I never really look but Im glad I did this time. They came up and changed the sheets immediately when I called.” Nov 13, 2007 by
Carrie from New Cumberland, PA
“This was a great hotel. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the city of Philadelphia!” Nov 1, 2007 by
Sam from Shrewsbury, MA
“Sleep number bed wasn't that comfy. Noisy vent outside room window did not sleep well. Otherwise excellent.” Oct 23, 2007 by
Pammy from Las Vegas, NV
“Location was great staff was very friendly room was very comfortable except for smell which staff did bring in a plug in and dehumidifier which helped.” Oct 18, 2007 by
Grant from Tempe, AZ
“Very courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. Room had space to spare; sleep number beds were a nice feature. Location was within walking distance of historical sites.” Oct 18, 2007 by
Kerry from Dublin, PA
“The Radisson met all of our needs for our Philadelphia stay. We needed to be close to the subway to get to the flyers game and we wanted to be close to the restaurants/bars for post game food and drinks and we were within walking distance to everything. All in all a great place to stay.” Oct 17, 2007 by
Meredith from Hillsborough, NJ
“The rooms were clean, and huge. Great for a large group, plenty of space for everyone. Staff was very helpful, overall great experience. Would stay again.” Oct 17, 2007 by
Angela from Wilmington, DE
“It's a wonderful hotel! I had a great time. No complaints at all.” Oct 14, 2007 by
David from Honolulu, HI
“In a safe, secure neighborhood, this hotel is good for both business and leisure travelers, although disadvantaged in proximity to the most significant historical sites to tour. It's an old building made nice with recent refurbishments, still revealing its age with sounds and light penetrating around the spaced edges of the original room doors, the antique elevator interior, the air control system within the rooms and the small, however nicely refinished baths. The staff was wonderful and patiently helpful in every way. The select comfort beds are a wild card; guests enjoy them or find them annoying. This bed feature was annoying for me but not reason enough to avoid future stays. On balance, I found this to be a very attractive, clean and safe hotel.” Hotel Representatives:
