  • It had a great scent when you came in the hotel.
  • Had to pay for parking.

“We had a great time when we were there. The outlet in the washbasin area was out. When I told the lady at the front desk, she apologized for our inconvenience and called immediately to facilities to get it fixed. Check in and out was quick and easy.”

  • Restaurant not able to open for lunch until 30 min late.

“We could not eat lunch; were told they were running 1/2hr.late due to heavy breakfast. The 'sister' hotel was recommended next door. We were the 1st guests for lunch. That restaurant was nasty: filthy floor w/dead roach in plain sight scum on tables/armchairs from previous meals, slow service (2 hrs from start=end)-staff standing around while we too waited.”

  • The front desk refund $25 because of my complaint.
  • The bath was not clean. Bath tile had mold.

“For the price compared to downtown Philadelphia this hotel provided an alternative. However the bath had mold on it and I was not comfortable taking a shower in it. No desk, just one long table that also served as a TV stand. The internet service was free, so that was a good thing.”

  • Couldn't find the ice machine and lack of adequate vending machines.

“The staff and restaurant really made the hotel. It's in an excellent location to visit other sites. The hotel met my expectations for its star rating. I was disturbed that there weren't adequate vending or ice machines available. Also, lost a item in my room that the staff can not find.”

  • I liked the area of the entrance and the parking and yard around for walking.
  • In my room, the closet door mirror was not in its glide and the carpet was used and frayed.

“Overall I liked my stay at the Sheraton, but it could use some tightening up on quality management of services. The price of the meals was exorbitant, (about $7.50 for a hamburger). I took the shuttle bus to the airport, just to find a restaurant diner where I could get an inexpensive but decent meal for lunch.”

  • The hotel staff was not responsive when requesting two twin beds. Had to call several times.

“OK if one wishes to be near the airport. It is quiet but Sheraton has a problem when requesting amenities changed.”

  • Difficult to get to from parkway.

“This is a great location for business travelers because of its location to both downtown and the airport. Nice rooms, standard rooms with king size beds, and the best part of all is that they do not give one substandard coffee in the room.”

  • Comfy beds, excellent food.
  • Not enough parking and had to pay for that!

“The hotel was very accommodating with room request. The beds were comfortable, the food was excellent. Very quiet even though it's close to the airport. Parking is a problem with 3 hotels sharing the same lot. It was a bit of an insult to have to pay for walking that far from your car in the dark with luggage. Not exactly luxury furnishings, but clean and comfortable. Not a place for someone with no vehicle - taxi's from there are expensive to town. Overall, comfortable and I'd stay there again.”

  • The food in the restaurant was expensive and poor.

“I stayed here one night after flying in the night before an early business meeting. It was easy to get to - less than 5 minutes from the airport. The parking lot was ridiculous. I drove around the entire hotel. Not one spot open. I just happened to luck up and get someone's spot as they were leaving as I circled the second time. The room was cozy. Not as big as some places Iżve been, but it was fine for just me. I would imagine it to be too small for more than one person and I couldn't see spending more than 2 nights there with the space restrictions. There were no bath towels in my room, but I called downstairs and that was remedied fairly quickly. I'm not dissatisfied, but there is room for improvement.”

“This is the perfect place to stay when traveling to/from Philadelphia int. Airport. The beds are comfortable, though the room was a bit cozy. Free water bottle and use today delivered in am nice touch. No free breakfast and no free parking seem to be only drawbacks.”

“Hotel was ok wall paper torn and peeling in bathroom shuttle was not acceptable being picked up and to the airport. Had to wait a very long time and other passengers complained. Had a 7am flight and would have thought they would anticipate early morn business travelers since it is close to the airport. IN the morn the hotel desk person had a "who cares" attitude about our buss wait. Maybe was there at the wrong time of year but it doesn't seem be focused on what its core strengths should be.”

  • The hotel staff was available at all time to help with a problem, and it was very clean.
  • There was very little parking spaces available. We had to walk long distances to get to the car.

  • It is very convenient for travelers.
  • My stay wasn't long enough to find anything I didn't like.

“Unfortunately my stay wasn't that long only for a few hours because I had to catch a flight from the airport. But all and all it is a very secured hotel for travelers. Very clean. Staff was really kind and helpful. I wished that my stay was longer. I will not hesitate to make arrangements for another stay in the near future.”

  • Rooms and lobby were clean.
  • The parking was horrible. There were no parking for hotel patrons due to the hotel selling parking for airport customers.

“I was very dissatisfied with hotel because of the lack of parking. There was not any parking whatsoever for me at 5:30 p.m. One of the groundskeepers told me that the hotel sells parking to airport patrons as well and thus leaving little or no room for hotel customers. I had to park on the grass in snow conditions”

  • Pay for parking, which is inadequate, and there was no fridge in the room.

“The hotel is convenient to center city Philadelphia as well as the Western suburbs and New Jersey. Access to the airport and I95 is easy. However, parking at the hotel is terrible. There are not enough spaces even when parking in 'illegal spots. Hotel guests should not have to drive around forever to find a spot for which, incidentally, they are required to pay.”

  • The bed was comfortable.
  • Wanted hotel in center city, but got this hotel by the airport instead. Was inconvenient and had to rent a car and pay to park in parking lot.

“Well, the hotel wasn't horrible, but there was food sitting outside of rooms from the time I got there in the afternoon until I left in the morning and the hallway stunk. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a cockroach problem.”

  • It wasn't too lavish, but it was very comfortable and had free shuttle service to airport.
  • It was obvious that they were TRYING to be more upscale, but needed further renovations to do that.

“After being on a train for 14 hours, we needed a place to rest, and we did! Four Points offered a comfortable bed, which we were in desperate need of, a clean shower, and a quiet environment. We weren't looking for anything plush, but we defiately got more than we expected.”
