• Size of room, the bed
• the sitting area for breakfast not really big enough

“I would have liked to have known the exact location of the hotel i.e. its in a welcome break services as this made it very hard to find especially as we were not around the bristol area”

• Friendly and co-operative staff. Convenient to eating places and the local area interests.
• Cramped and risky car park. Poor overnight security for cars. No air-conditioning.

“Handy for an overnight stay. Upper floor rooms can be hot in sunny weather. Possibly ok in cool weather. Perhaps the rooms on the lower floor are cooler. Traffic noise from the motorway and the service area would make it difficult to sleep with the windows open.”
