• Clean room.
• Noisy.

“We stayed at this hotel the night before our flight to America. It was a hot sunny day, therefore we had to have the windows open all night because of the heat. The only problem was the main road outside was like a race track till about half two in the morning. We shut the windows but the room was then like a sauna. We were also next to the lift shaft so we heard the lift going up and down all night. So we got no sleep whatsoever. We complained but there were no other rooms available. We were told our complaint would be passed to the manager so the bill would be sorted for when we got back off holiday. When we got back nobody knew about our complaint. I paid half the bill there and then asked for the manager to phone me to discuss our complaint. He said he would look into it and get back to us. Two days later the remaining balance disappeared out of my bank account without my authority. I phoned the manager and am still waiting for a response to the matter. We would not recommend this hotel to anybody unless you want to go there and not get any sleep!”
