• ample parking, and ample space in room for 2 adults and 2 childresn
• we were not informed of facilities available to us to use, quite smokey downstairs and in restaurant area.

“booking on line gave us all the information we required, but once we got there your staff did not back it up. we did find the hotel spacious and clean and comfortable.”

• Felt unimportant to staff

“I booked online, but when we arrived to check in the receptionist had no information on her system about us at all. Luckily the hotel was quiet or we may not have been able to get a room.

When we checked out, we were charged '69.80 for the night, rather than the '45 advertised on the internet, although this was rectified before we left.

Overall I felt very disappointed.”
