  • Everything was top notch and nothing to complain about.

“I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff is polite and willing to help. The view of the harbor is amazing. The hotel is located in the heart of everything one would want or need to do in Boston. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Boston.”

  • The staff was pleasant and ready to please. The location was fabulous. The room was very nice and clean.
  • The parking fee was very expensive.

“This hotel was central to many things that one might want to do in Boston. It is within walking distance to the Children's museum, the Aquarium, Quincy Market. The staff was always available with a smile and an effort to please. The room was pristine and very clean. The only negative we experienced was the shocking price for parking.”

  • Excellent location for us, nice touches at check in with the cookies, fruit, etc. And very accommodating.
  • I don't think there is anything that we didn't like about the hotel.

  • Hotel staff was accommodating and pleasant. They called on cell to let me know room was ready.
  • None! Everything was great.

“Great location on the wharf near many sites on the freedom trail. Easy access to Faneuil hall, Quincy market and aquarium. Hotel rooms were large and clean with nice and comfortable bedding. Great stay.”

  • There was a bag of dirty linen in the hall on our arrival and it was still there at checkout the following day.

“I found the hotel very comfortable. The service people were very friendly. My room was clean. Only complaint has to be the food. It was bland, and the breakfast buffet was dreadful. Very commercial. They should give people a choice of breakfasts. Everything tasted like preservatives. Lunch was bland. They need to re-address the kitchen.”

  • The directions regarding the location could have been a bit better.

“Above and beyond what I expected. Great room with excellent views and only about a block from Quincy Market. Everything about the experience was simply awesome and I would try to stay at this place again as well as become a member of the club benefits. Thanks for a great room at a great price. I have already told my friends and family on what a great experience this was and only regret not staying longer.”

  • The Views were incredible, extremely close to major tourist attractions.
  • No free wireless.

“The Marriott Long Wharf is located near Quincy Market and the Freedom Trail. Many restaurants in walking distance. Water taxis available to and from Logan International and the Boston Convention and Exhibition center. I will stay here again!”

  • liked having T stop right there. Staff was nice.
  • Pool had too much chlorine. Down comforters too hot in summer.

“But would have been disappointed if I'd paid the price I saw on web site, $477. Also, T stop nice, though you do have to switch lines to go to most attractions. Nice bakery/restaurant across street. And hotel's restaurant looked fabulous, and was recommended by friends, but didn't have time to eat there. Would recommend t anyone with children. Harbor is great, nice air and you can really smell the ocean.”

  • Location was fantastic. Also the use and availability of the Water Taxi was great. It made our travel time from the airport 10 minutes for $10.00.
  • A bit expensive for the room; however very comfortable.

“great place to stay. I would stay again without hesitation. They allowed us a late checkout with no problem (2:00pm) and I had some special needs (Medical) that they took care of immediately and were gracious and pleasant at all times.”

  • The pool and hydrotherapy tub.
  • I missed a cozy spot for breakfast.

“I was pleased with my room and the view of the bay from the window. Provisions in the room all were to my liking, except that because I drink tea, I washed out and used tips to rid the receptacle which holds the coffee grounds. The overwhelming flavor of coffee taints the milder flavor of tea. I would like to stay at this hotel another time when I come to Boston.”

  • Location Nice room, good beds.
  • Expensive. Kind of ugly interior of building.

“Great downtown, location, steps from the Aquarium Quincy Market and the North End Little Italy. Views of the harbor from most rooms. The building is huge, and the interior is a 80's looking red and white atrium. Do not get a room with a window facing into the building unless seriously discounted. It's kind of pricy and generic, but the location is great.”

“I found the hotel to be in a very convenient location with the New England aquarium next door, Quincy Market across the street and direct access to the T right outside of the hotel. Employees were helpful, nice and very professional, rooms were very clean.”

“Marriott Long Warf in Boston MA is in a very convienent location. A blue line subway stop is right out side the main entrance making it accessable to all parts of the city and Logan International Airport. It is walking distance to the Aquarium, childrens museum and seleal trade centers. The staff is polite and cuttious making it an enjoyable stay.”
