• Maid service, floor appearance, cleanliness of sheets, to much to tell.

“Check in was slow, tried to be charged for TV, internet twice when I had it less than the 24 hour period of rental, no maid service even when I went and asked, dirty refrigerators lining hallway when going to room and all that evening, took 3 hours to bring fresh towels to room when asked for them since no maid service, whirlpool did not work correctly, stain on sheet found when going to bed on first night, local calls had to be made as if you were dialing long distance despite the directions on the phone and hotel book in room, air conditioning did not work properly - temp was set at 64 and room temp was still in the 70's just moderately cool if that, AC shut itself off during the night. When I told desk at checkout all they could offer me was a complimentary breakfast and removal of the $10 for 24 hr TV, internet fee. Wasn't looking for something big but an apology would of been nice. Just wanted to get out of there.”

“Horrible staff, not helpful, parking garage only accommodates compact cars, had to take a shuttle and wait 40 minutes to get back to the airport and then walk to the hotel. Very inconvenient and it was at 2am with a sleeping young child!”

• Very clean, neat snacks offered in lobby in afternoon, helped out with kids.
• Desk help and concierge very unhelpful, almost rude when we needed assist.

“We all enjoyed our stay at hotel. Breakfast buffet was best all of us had ever had. Clean and comfortable. Concierge was rude and not helpful to the few questions and problems we had - doorman was mush more helpful and offered suggestions with our problems.”

• Soft bed.
• 20 dollar a night parking at an air port hotel, four dollar a bottle water.

“It was fine. 20 dollars a night to park at the airport to stay in a hotel is a bit ridiculous, the parking was cheaper down town. Overall, the hotel is nice and the people were nice. if I was flying out of Philly I'd stay there again, but not if I was visiting the city.”

• Very convenient to the airport and staff was extremely friendly.
• Would have liked a cafe with fresh coffee and muffins in the morning.

“We arrived in Philly late after a delayed flight and the convenience of walking to the hotel directly from the airport was fantastic. In the morning the shuttle dropped me at the rental car lot within seconds. I was there a short time, but found it perfect for my overnight stay after a long flight.”

• Bath tub was dirty, and there was a ring of dirt around pool.

“The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and to Center City Philadelphia. It is on major train lines for ease of travel into and out of city. The room was beautiful, view was wonderful, but the pool and the tub were both dirty.”

• The pillows and bed were comfortable.
• They charge you more for parking than the garage does and they charge for internet.

“I would not recommend this establishment for business travelers. The hotel charges more for parking in the parking garage than the owners of the parking garage charges. There is no WiFi and you have to pay for Internet use.”

• Comfy room great view toward the PHL runways planes taking off and landing - fascinating.
• No microwave and no fridge in the room, no free internet.

“Clean, modern hotel. Comfy bed, real comforter, not those skimpy old fashioned boot camp blankets. Nice bathroom. Wonderful view toward Phyla international airport's runways and terminals, I loved watching the planes take off and land. The other side of the hotel might not have such a nice view though. Staff was good, everything functioned in the room. There is no free high speed internet, no fridge, and no microwave. The restaurant is expensive, not sure the price is worth it. But one can always get the airport food, since the hotel is connected by walkway to terminal B where most of the concessions are anyway. Parking is a problem; they should offer free parking for the price they charge. A good and quiet place to stay, so I recommend it - just don't expect any freebies they are stingy.”

“The hotel was conveniently located by the airport which was a plus with a 7 a.m. flight! The van shuttle driver helped us with our luggage and dropped us off quickly. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very attentive. I will definitely stay there again!”

• There is nothing to do anywhere near the area. A Cab to the city is 27 bucks.

“Good for business travelers that are delayed overnight or need to get going quickly. However, I was upset that there was nothing at all for me to do in the area. The bed was excellent.”

• I ordered room service and it was great food and it came in a decent amount of time.
• The location of this of this hotel terrible if you are not using the airport! It is literally attached it the terminal. Pay parking and traffic.

“The hotel itself is fine as far as lodging is concerned. But if you are traveling by car and need to park your car everyday at $17 and getting to the hotel is only one way from the I-95. It takes forever getting to and leaving. I wish I knew that I was going to be staying right next to the terminal (thought it was maybe out on the airport blvd. and thought it would have easier accessibility). So if you need to leave hotel and go to center city often, it is not worth it to stay here.”

• Poorly maintained room.

“This hotel has a great location for business travelers since it is connected to the Philadelphia airport, but there were several disappointments. The signage from the airport terminal was confusing and I had to find someone for directions. The hotel lobby was under construction which I was not aware of. In my room, the light bulb on the nightstand was burned out, there was one wheel missing from my desk chair, the "white" tub looked black and grungy, there seemed to be sand or dirt in my bed that I had to brush out, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were not replaced on the second day, the breakfast room-service door card was not replaced on the second day, and there was no wireless service in the room (cable only). However, room service was superb, at a very reasonable price, and the pool, spa, and gym looked very good, although I didn't have time to use them.”

• Room service messed up our order 2x's.

• Everything within the hotel is expensive (i.e., room service, gift shop, and parking).

“The Marriott at Philadelphia international airport was clean, quiet, and easy to check into and out of. The parking is tricky if you are not actually using the airport (i.e., I was in Philadelphia to compete in a sporting event) because you can't easily get in and out of the parking garage. On the up side, I had expected to pay upwards of $17 for parking but it turned out parking is free to hotel guests. The beds are so comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!”

• Location was excellent and there was no airport or road noise.
• Carpets needed to be better vacuumed and the bathroom needed exhaust fan.

“I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that the in the 4 days I was there that I never once heard any noise from the international airport that was connected to the hotel. For an entire day I ended up with a severe migraine headache (which makes me very sensitive to sounds) and I totally forgot that airport was even there!”

• Having to pay $17 a day for parking. Not good.

“Arrived sat. Morning. Check in process quick and efficient. Welcomed back as stayed in this hotel several times. Nice touch to be remembered. Room and bedding excellent. Slept like a baby. Room overlooked the runway as asked for. Bathroom amenities. Excellent.”

• Security guards were prevalent and I felt very safe.
• Parking was outrageous and not convenient.

“It is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and elegant. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was very nicely decorated and well maintained. It is very convenient, if you are not going to have a car, to the airport and to the trains. Parking was expensive, and not convenient. It was wonderful to notice security guards at the elevators and entrances, since it is connected to the airport.”
