• Hard to find from airport parking lot. Needs clear directions.

“Friendly, efficient staff. Clean and attractive. My only problem was getting lost in the airport parking garage. Needs more explicit signs to direct one to the Hyatt.”

• The convenience of being a part of the airport was fantastic.
• I wish the two beds were queen sized.

“The fact that the hotel at the Orlando Airport is actually a part of the airport was wonderfully convenient. The hotel is well maintained with very friendly staff (valet, front desk, and even security). We will definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises, and I will heartily recommend this hotel to my friends.”

• I like the pool and the patios in the bedrooms.
• The size of the beds and that you have to pay for parking.

“This is my second time staying at this Hyatt at the Orlando International Airport. My family and I love the hotel and the pool and the patios in the rooms. The only thing we don't care for is that as a costumer of the hotel you shouldn't have to also pay for the parking in the garage. Other than that all of the staff is very nice and it's convenient to shopping and the theme parks in the area.”

• I loved the different things within the hotel.
• It's at the Orlando airport and they charge 2 tolls.

“The hotel was wonderful the location and the parking garage were terrible. You had to pay 12.00 dollars a day to park, or up to 17.00 overtime you leave and return to the hotel. Other than that I enjoyed the hotel tremendously I feel like it was definitely worth the money.”

• I absolutely loved the bed. The quality of the bedding and the furnishings.
• I would have liked a really big bath.

“It was very convenient to go straight from the plane to the hotel. I loved the furnishings. The bed was so luxurious I didn't want to leave it. The hardware in the bathroom was very elegant. Everything top quality. The robe was great. I did not like that they would not close the curtains. It was to light in the room both day and night which kept me awake, but the curtains were very beautiful. It was a very nice experience.”

• It was in the airport! You can't get any closer than that.
• There is no hot tub and the pool is kind of small.

• Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and updated fixtures.
• I can't think of anything I didn't like.

“It is perfect for the person flying into MCO airport late at night and just wants to stay close by before moving on to your next destination. The beds were simply heaven and the bathrooms were extremely spacious and updated. I would love to stay here again if I ever need to stay in the airport.”

• Convenient to airport and my business appointments.
• Parking fees excessive. $18.00 overnight/$12.00 overnight if front desk validates.

“I really enjoy staying in this hotel. I frequently stay in Florida due to business and always have a good stay. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. If you stay here and have the option of a room with an inside porch overlooking the interior of the airport or an exterior porch, I highly recommend the exterior. The exterior porch will offer a very nice place to relax and drink a cup of coffee in the morning.”

• On airport location is great, food was great, pleasant.
• No free massages given by clothing optional masseuse.

“I love staying in this hotel. It is always clean and because it is in Orlando Airport it is very convenient to airport shops and eating places (including several restaurants inside the airport). I slept very well and my stay was pleasant.”

• I liked all the comfortable sitting areas, the convenience to the airport, food court, shopping.
• Problems accessing the internet; no balcony/fresh air access on the level I was on; microwave would be nice.

“My husband and I stayed at this hotel and were very delighted with our standard King size room (which was very roomy) and had a balcony where we could see the planes take off! The airport is literally downstairs along with all the stores and a typical food court. We loved all the privacy and comfort! We will definitely be back soon!”

“Beautiful hotel, the consistency of the Hyatt brand is evident in everything they do! The pool area gives you an Oasis in the middle of the Airport! I love going right down to Starbucks in the am. The 4 hour room service is a plus!”

“I would rather have one a stay at a different hotel off the airport grounds and not pay a parking fee. Being from the south and suburbia, we are not used to paying for parking. Enjoyed the stay, but for the cost of the parking, which is normally $19 a day, I would not stay or recommend that hotel to someone.”

• The willingness of the staff to provide help.
• Airport hotel, everything closes very early at airport unable to walk any where outside of hotel.

“I asked for a late check out for the second room and was advised the latest would be 3:00pm. How ever room lock was not deactivated and housekeeping did not come to clean room until after we left, this made it a lot easier for our group. We thank the Hyatt so very much, however we do not want anyone to get into trouble.”

“I have previously stayed at Marriott and Sheraton hotels. But this was my first experience at Hyatt and a very nice one. I would love to visit other Hyatt's in future.”

• A knocking in the room about every hour or so vent?

“The hotel was awesome, since it was right in the airport it was easy to return my rental car, and then get to my early morning flight on time. My room faced the terminal area and it was fun to watch the hustle and bustle of the travelers. The hotel pool was awesome and look out over the run way. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and everyone.”

• The balcony overlooking the inside of the airport.
• Additional $12 per day for parking! Needed a good vacuuming!

“Very nice for the amount accepted but shocked at the additional parking fees of $12 per day. Nice overlooking the airport courtyard and the food courtyard with many restaurants to choose from. The hallway and room carpet needed a good cleaning but overall very nice!”

• The layout of the room, space, closets, bathroom space & refrigerator.
• We had 2 double beds & the beds could have been bigger they where to small.

“Everything in this hotel was great. The only thing that I and my family didn't not enjoy was the beds. We had a room with two double beds. The beds seem like twin size beds instead of full size beds. They where uncomfortable for me and my husband to sleep on together.”

• Lots to see being in the middle of an airport.
• The parking lot costs extra as its not owned by the hotel.

“My girlfriend and I took separate cars and were charged $17 per car for a one night stay. The hotel itself was wonderful with a courteous staff and no annoying room service trying to get in while you're still sleeping. It's a great experience being there at MCO with all the extras and built-in shopping/dining. The highlight being a private balcony and the most comfy bed either of us has slept on.”

• The parking situation - but it's at an airport so it's to be expected.

“Very much enjoyed staying at this location. Remember, this hotel is located IN the airport, so there are some hassles (parking, maneuvering the terminal spaces to get in and out) but it's very quiet, comfortable and really quite easy to get in an out of.”

• The beds and towels were the softest.
• No wireless internet service.

“Very nice hotel, right at the airport, parking was expensive (daily rate), no wireless internet service- pulled from the free public WiFi from airport- reported problem to staff. They wanted to sell me a cable connection for 9.95. Staff did not care.”
