• Great service! From front desk to lobby greater to maintenance to housekeeping. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Told manager she had a great staff.
• Couldn't fine anything I didn't like but was there only overnight.

“I thought the whole visit was great. From checking to checkout. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. Was greeted when I walked in and handed a complimentary travel kit when I checked in. The front desk person who checked me in was very friendly and made me feel like I was very welcome and was happy I was there not just another guest. Once I was in my room I asked a member of the housekeeping staff where the ice machine was. Instead of telling me where it was, she took my ice bucket and went and got me some ice herself which happened to be on another floor. Great service. I appreciated that she went and did that. This is one hotel that I will visit again and would completely recommend to other travelers. Not too far from the airport and had my own car so I don't know about the shuttle service but would expect it to be no different from the rest of the service I got. I would say this was a 10 out of 10 rating in my book and I am hard to get a good rating from. So they exceeded my expectations. Very well done.”

• This hotel was very attractive and very well maintained. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

• The suite was very nice and comfortable. Excellent for business.
• The food service in restaurant is limited.

“The suites are great especially for business travel, more elegant than the appearance of the lobby. The small pond/lake is really nice to walk around. The only downfall is the restaurant, but there are many options within walking distance.”

• Great location, convenient, relatively quiet.
• Room was tied to a conference room - odd configuration.

“Very convenient hotel, well situated in proximity to the airport. Although we were put into a conference room with a bed attached to it. The staff was very helpful to accommodate us. However, bathroom was small with very few outlets. Would be really nice if windows would open to allow fresh air.”

• The suite accommodations.
• Internet connection was poor (not hi speed), 11 kbps.

“The hotel was sufficient for our stay. The room appeared to be updated and having the separate living room and bedroom was nice, along with a fridge and microwave. We bring our laptops when we travel, and the internet connection was terrible, and cost $9.95 a night. Drinks in the bar were pricey - 2 drinks were $20. There was Starbucks coffee and a coffee maker so that made it nice in the morning. Overall, we liked the hotel and room and would stay there again for the price.”

• Scummy hot tub.

“The rooms are beautiful with large bedroom and large separate living room and work area. Frig and microwave a great addition. Wonderful staff, quite good food. Pool area wasn't very clean. I jumped out of the hot tub when I saw the green-grey scrum building up on the interior walls.”

• Limited parking near the front door.

“With the airport nearby, this is a good base if you are departing the next day for a flight or arriving late in the day or evening. Plan ahead if returning a rental car & do not fill up at the gas station that is a few blocks away - make the time to drive a few miles further. On 1-13-2007 their least expensive gasoline was $4.49 per gallon; other stations had it for $3.05! Denny's nearby is an affordable breakfast option compared to the hotel, typical Denny's quality - a good value.”

• The beds were extremely comfortable after traveling all day.
• Staff sent us up to our room in a convoluted way, due to re-modeling. Within minutes we found a more efficient route.

“This hotel met the needs of our family. We needed a comfortable room for one night and that's what we got. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The towels were soft, and thick. We read other reviews and chose not to eat on property. There are many fabulous restaurants in the area.”

• Not easily accessible from freeway (airport) unless you knew where you were going.

“The best thing about our stay was front desk staff. They went above and beyond for us the minute we walked into to the hotel. They were sincerely interested in us and helped us store our luggage till check in time and got us a great car and driver which we used several times during our stay. They made a great impression on both my husband and me. They deserve a raise and recognition! The bed was very comfortable too.”

• Maid knocking on door at 7 am when do not disturb sign was on door.

“Very poor experience. Had running toilet, dog in room next door that barked. Front desk kept my credit card and stated they would bring it up but did not. Waited exceptionally long time for check in and asked not to be put next to person with dog was assured there would be no problem but of course there was.”

• This hotel is in a fantastic location for access to the airport.
• For a short, pre flight stay, there was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

“This hotel is very good for a stay prior to flying out from Orlando international airport, either on business or for a vacation. There are plenty of restaurants locally and it has very good access to Orlandos parks, etc. The rooms are very nicely appointed and it's great to have separate bedrooms/sitting rooms.”

• There was an odor in the room but it was not overpowering.

• I always know I can get a great night's sleep in Sheratons comfortable beds!
• I would prefer it to be a totally non smoking hotel.

“Extremely friendly staff, beautiful lobby (didn't have time to visit any restaurant or bar onsite, but the facilities looked great). Convenient to the airport with very prompt and friendly airport shuttle service. Beautiful and clean room and bathroom and of course you can't beat the comfort of the Sheratons beds.”

• The location of the property was great along with the park & fly with shuttle feature close to the Orlando airport.
• Our room was dirty, the mattresses needed to be replaced, the a/c was noisy.

“Our stay was less than desirable and I would never rate this hotel as a 3 star facility. Initially the property appeared adequate but the room was dirty (coffee stains on the furniture, dirty foot prints in the bathroom, dust and mold in the bathroom. The mattresses needed to be replaced and very uncomfortable. The a/c was very noisy every time it clicked on. We had to call the front desk @ 1:30am due to very noisy guests above our room and next door. They explained that the people just came back from a night of partying & they were cool people. It did not appear that anything was done by the hotel staff as it took over an hour for the group to quiet down. Needless to say no one got much sleep that night.”

“I arrived at the airport at 9:04pm. I called 4 times, the last being at 10:20 to be picked up by the shuttle from the airport. There simply is no excuse. The room had a crayon under the end table by the pull out sofa which to me screamed "not well cleaned." The driver provided a lot of good information about services, including room service that proved incorrect. The room service menu in the room was not current. I was told and the menu said service was available until 11 from the full menu and from 11-1 a cold menu was available. After receiving no answer from room service I called the front desk who advised that room service cut off taking calls at 10:45 and no service was available after 11. I will say that they had someone bring up a plate - not too great but better than going out at that hour. What were they thinking to change and not notify anyone?”

• There was a bad odor around the outdoor pool area which made it uncomfortable to sit outside.

“The suites were very nice and accommodating. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu and was pricey but they did offer a shuttle bus to other nearby restaurants which were more reasonable especially for families.”

• I loved the space and the way the bedroom was separate front the sitting room with 2 TVs.
• There was really nothing to dislike.

“This is by far one of the nicest hotel rooms I've been in. It was a beautiful place, the room was gorgeous, and the location was very convenient to everywhere we needed to get. I was only sorry that we just had 1 night there. It was very comfortable.”

• Very nice suite arrangement, with a TV in both rooms, a comfortable king sized bed in the bedroom, and well designed bath area.
• Not as close to the theme parks as many other hotels in the area.

“Recommended it to my family who lives in the area in case they have guests who are asking about hotels. Would stay there again.”
