- The bellman was wonderful and courteous; the parking lot attendant very helpful.
- Signage and visibility was poor; we drove past it twice (at night) and had to call for help.
“Except for the poor signage and trouble finding the hotel (we called from a parking lot across the street but still could not see the hotel), the hotel exceeded my expectations. Very high level of service and attention to detail; staff went out of his way to help us; get settled after a very long day's drive.”

- Location is great, beautiful lobby and views spectacular.
- Bathroom was outdated and dimly lit, rooms smaller than most 4 star, Valet 26.00.
“The hotel was big in its heyday and has been remodeled. Bathrooms were a disappointment. Parking is a problem and must do Valet, so add another 26.00 to your bill. Staff was super friendly. Would recommend although I like the Hyatt in Buckhead a lot better. Get a room on one of the top floors for an incredible view.”

“Each time I entered or exited a doorman was most attentive. All staff was welcoming. I received a room on the top floor and could take advantage of free hors d'oeuvres, breakfast, and nightly sweets. This was an amazing place to rewind and rest.”

- The rooms were clean, location was excellent.
- Unprofessional staff.
“From the beginning, the staff was not helpful in directing my party towards parking. Poor service continued from there. We stayed up late talking and security came to our room and was very rude both nights at 1:30 AM due to "noise complaints," however when we saw our neighbor the next day he only heard the conversation in the hall with security, not talking in the room. We brought our own DVD player for entertainment only to find that there were unreasonable limitations on the TV in that we could not connect external devices to the TV and hence were limited to the pay per view in the room. Overall poor service and snobby staff members. I have no intention of ever staying here again.”

- Hotel in great locale; easy for shopping and using Marta. Very clean, staff friendly, helpful. Great food.
- I can stay at the local Motel 6 and get free high-speed internet but have to pay for it at upscale hotel?

- Decor was a little brash, tacky. Parking a rip-off for location.

- A 4 star hotel should be more updated than this.
“Nice hotel, with a strange layout for a room. The shape of the room was a triangle. The front desk told us we were getting a corner room which was bigger than a normal room. I would hate to see a normal room then. The room also had an older TV. We stayed at another Marriott property that was a star level down from this JW Marriott but that room had a HD Flat screen TV and this 4 star hotel did not for more money. Does not make sense.”

- We were billed for mini bar items, but we never even unlocked it.
“From the smiling bell staff to the ice water laced with orange slices that greets you in the lobby, this hotel is elegant in every respect. Without being stuffy, the staff is attentive and friendly. The amenities are superb, right down to the fresh fruit in the fitness room. Within the rooms, the high thread count sheets are comfortable and luxurious. The furniture is tasteful, and the rooms have excellent light.”

- I think that the rooms are two dark and gloomy. I believe that the hotel needs to do some renovations to brighten up the overall feel of the hotel.

- The rooms were comfortable.
- The hotel was not family friendly. There were no vending machines and they charge for use of internet.
“I could not believe that a hotel that cost this much per night would charge for use of the internet. I also could not believe there were no vending machines. The only place to buy a soft drink was from the bar and they had no cups to go, only glasses. I feel we could have gotten more for our money at a Holiday Inn.”

- Compares to a Ritz Carlton in many ways. The staff is well-trained and amenities are excellent.
- Nothing - I will return there when possible.
“I believe I have said it all. It is almost like staying at the Ritz. The staff is well-trained, the amenities are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is perfectly located. In addition the hotel has a complimentary car to drop you off and pick you up at your meeting (within a 3mile radius).”
