“I was very pleased all around with this hotel and would stay here any time no questions asked. They really make their guest feel at home and comfortable with their stay.” Apr 3, 2008 by
Joseph from Tulsa, OK
“I will not stay here again. The hotel was fine, but the staff was awful.” Mar 31, 2008 by
Deshawn from Kansas City, MO
“This hotel was great, from the cable service (most hotels only have 5 channels) to the overall ambiance and comfort of bed, it was great, I hated to leave.” Mar 30, 2008 by
Gabriel from Pensacola, FL
“Would have stayed somewhere else. Parking cost $100.” Mar 24, 2008 by
George from Lawton, OK
“Why a parking fee? It takes away the value. $18.00 a day? That's ridiculous!” Mar 14, 2008 by
T from Los Angeles, CA
“This hotel was located at a good spot, close to Harrah's, Bourbon street, French Quarter, and the mall to name a few places. The staff was friendly as well. I would recommend it to other people.” Mar 13, 2008 by
Jennifer from San Marcos, TX
“When we checked in we were given two keys. My husband took his key with him when he went to park the car. I took mine and went with our three children to go up to the room. We had driven 12 hours and were exhausted. My key did not work! Waited for husband and he went to get working keys. Later another person was checked into our room. He was as shocked and freaked out as I was. Then we were given someone else's receipt under our door in the morning. On top of that we had to pay $19 for parking! Not happy.” Mar 11, 2008 by
Onico from Prairieville, LA
“Great hotel for the price we paid. Would stay again. Your services are outstanding.” Mar 3, 2008 by
Joanna from Pascagoula, MS
“In access of many restaurants and public transportation. Appreciated the later than usual check out time! Overall it was a wonderful stay!” Feb 28, 2008 by
Tyson from New Orleans, LA
“This Courtyard Marriott is located a few blocks away from the main hotel and does not offer all of the free amenities that the main hotel offers even though the website touts these (no free breakfast especially was disappointing). Free high-speed internet is available via wired plug-in but expect to pay a pretty high price if you want to access wireless which is available only in the main lobby. Otherwise the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is non-smoking. It is actually located about seven blocks or so from the French Quarter and walking home at night can be a bit dangerous it seems. Also there is a lack of late night restaurants in the area.” Feb 16, 2008 by
Susan from Edwardsville, IL
“Convenient. Clean. Comfortable.” Feb 11, 2008 by
Beverley from East Moline, IL
“The hotel was a nice state close enough to the parades and the French Quarter.” Feb 1, 2008 by
Ken from Horseshoe Bay, TX
“All the employees that I dealt with were exceptionally charming & courteous with one exception. I think he was having a bad day. I would stay here again provided they can come up with a bed that doesn't kill my back.” Jan 27, 2008 by
Adam from New Orleans, LA
“It is ok but you can stay at other locations that offer more for less.” Jan 24, 2008 by
Bill from Pensacola, FL
“Excellent hotel. Not real convenient to the French quarter - a walk of about 4-5 blocks - but very convenient to the convention center.” Jan 23, 2008 by
Lori from Sulphur, LA
“This is an excellent hotel if you need to be near the Morial Convention Center. It is also within walking distance of the River Walk. Mulats is a block away. The staff is very friendly and will bend over backwards to help you.” Jan 3, 2008 by
Brian from Baton Rouge, LA
“It's an architecturally interesting hotel (a former warehouse mixed with modern elements) that is clean. Our main issues concerned the desk staff when we checked in, and the parking garage. There were three people standing behind the desk when we checked in, yet only one person was helping the six customers waiting for service. The gentleman who helped us was more concerned with visiting with the other employees than with helping customers. The keycard entrance to the parking garage operated poorly, and it took two return trips to the front desk to find out first that the keycard reader at the garage was tricky to operate, and then finally that our card had been incorrectly programmed. Even after we received a correct keycard, it always took many attempts to open the gated entrance to the garage. Why wouldn't the staff volunteer such information ahead of time, or better yet, fix the card reader?” Nov 8, 2007 by
Juanita from Lithonia, GA
“The Marriott courtyard is convenient in that it is only two blocks away from the convention center and river walk. The staff has an extensive knowledge base of the area and is more than helpful in providing dining/shopping options. The hotel preserves the charm of its surroundings without lacking in the amenities and service you expect from the Marriott brand.” Feb 21, 2007 by
Sharon from Harvey, LA
“It wound have been a pleasure staying, only regret we have is that the front desk clerk was not to pleasant, and toilet over flow.” May 24, 2005 by
David from Jacksonville, FL
“From the minute we arrived we were treated superbly. The staff was kind and the check-in smooth. The room was excellent and such a pleasure to sleep in. Thank you for making it a great stay.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Apr 13, 2005 by

“Most of the staff is very friendly. The rooms are a bit small for the quality rating they advertise, and the amenities are not in the best repair. Dining, parking, and other hotel services are extremely overpriced and should be avoided. However, the location is very convenient, with good access to both uptown and downtown New Orleans.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 22, 2005 by
Art from Wethersfield, CT
“The hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff was helpful and attentive. Prices were reasonable and location was convenient for my needs.” Mar 16, 2005 by
Alice from Columbus, OH
“Although this hotel is not the most convenient hotel being not that close to the french quarter, it is nevertheless a very clean and friendly. I would recommend it to friends because it is reasonably priced.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 15, 2005 by

“This is a hotel we would stay at again! The staff were helpful whenever we needed some local information, were pleasant, and friendly.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Feb 2, 2005 by

“Good location for Warehouse District/Convention Center. Check-in staff very pleasant. Rooms very basic. Self-parking sufficient but expensive in comparison to valet service offered at other area hotels. (our friend paid $7+ for parking there a little over an hour but the hotel wanted to charge the full $15+ - hence the problem with Mgr. noted above)” Jan 30, 2005 by
Don from Lacey, WA
“Overall it was a good place to stay. Would stay again. Help was very friendly.” Jan 8, 2005 by
Ashley from Metairie, LA
“Hotel room was the excellent quality you find in marriott courtyard. It has on site parking a plus for New Orleans. It was an excellent room for the price during new years eve.” Dec 23, 2004 by
Mary H. from Austin “Very nice rooms, pool and Jacuzzi. Located close to the convention center, Harrahs and River walk. I would come back there again.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Dec 22, 2004 by
Ruth H. from Plano “We went to New Orleans, LA for a short trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean and tidy. If I were to go back to New Orleans again, I would probably choose the same hotel again.” Sep 29, 2004 by
Andrew Q. from Portsmouth, VA “Hotel nearly empty but pleasant place well maintained and the breakfast was good.” Sep 9, 2004 by
Michael M. from Cypress “Good family hotel, if there's such thing as good family vacation in New Orleans.” Sep 9, 2004 by
Urvaksh K. from Fort Wayne “Great location. Helpful staff. Free high speed internet access was also helpful.” Sep 5, 2004 by
John S. from Schenectady, NY “Nice rooms, great staff, great location -- BUT -- the price was a little unfair, since the price for parking was a laughably bad $28 per day, the most expensive where the average price was still like parking in Manhattan. I wish I had known that beforehand -- at least to have a chance to plan accordingly.” Hotel Representatives:
