• The Neutrogena products in the bathroom and the Wolfgang puck coffee/tea.
• The pool wasn't heated.

“The hotel was great. It would have been nice to have an early check in, but not a big deal. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. It was a really nice room with lots of space. I would recommend this hotel.”

• No "funny smell" when you walk into the room. Bedding was very comfortable!
• Like hotels where the sink is not "within" the bathroom easier to share it that way.

“We don't often stay in motel/hotels, but recently we've spent a total of about 14 nights in hotel/motels during the last month. This was the nicest one yet. Comfortable. Clean (wasn't afraid to walk around the room with my shoes off). Staff was friendly and I was given a room with 2 beds which worked out great for the 4 of us.”

• I liked the cleanliness of it and the friendly atmosphere.
• I didn't like the prices at the hotels restaurant and I didn't like the age limit and I didn't like the hotels location.

“I overall enjoyed staying at this hotel. I appreciated the hotels staff for they were very kind and the hotel was very well kept up. The pool was dirty and had leaves in it but it was a windy stormy day.”

• Bed was very comfortable.
• TV remote was faulty.

“We were looking for inexpensive accommodations for a short notice getaway that involved a Saturday arrival. The quality and price that we received for our stay was better than expected. I would recommend the doubletree club to anyone seeking spare accommodations that are very comfortable.”

• Quiet location easy access off of 215 freeways.
• Restaurant service was more of a snack bar.

“This hotel was a great find for us if you want to be away from the noise and crowds on the strip. It was nice and quiet with great access to the 215 freeway and paradise road. The hotel has limited food service but there are plenty choices nearby. We would definitely stay there again.”

• Beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in.
• Everything was great.

“Hotel was very inexpensive for the quality of the hotel. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were big with plenty of space, parking was super convenient and hotel was close enough to the strip without the hassle of the strip (and there was shuttle service to the strip). I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.”

• The bed was amazing. So comfortable - best sleep I've had in months.
• Someone else's hairs in the tub when we arrived - gross!

“Front desk staff was awesome. Upgraded us to king size bed. We had no problems or charges checking out late. Breakfast was good. Need more coffee in room.”

• Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The pool was open 24 hours a day.
• The shuttle that was supposed to pick us up from the strip broke down and didn't arrive, but they did cover our cab fare.

“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for us because we wanted to be close to the airport, but our view was of intersecting freeways, so it's not so good if you want a view. The pool was open 24 hours a day, which made our kids happy!”

• Free chocolate Chip Cookies upon check-in.
• They were unable to provide good directions nor give us a handicap room which I needed.

“My husband and I went down to Las Vegas to see Celine Dion. For only being there one night, this was a pretty nice hotel. It was nice to be in a hotel that did not have all the noise of one of the bigger casino hotels. It is a good distance from the strip though, so you do need a car. My major complaint was that we were not able to get a handicapped room which I needed due to being in a wheelchair. The hotel was very good though about finding me a shower bench for the bathroom. The hotel staff also is not as friendly as other hotel's I have stayed at. For short road trips like we took though, I would probably stay there again.”

• Being in Las Vegas, the hotel was quiet - a definite plus. Shuttle service was great.
• The hotel restaurant was mediocre.

“Location was great because it was close to everything and quick access to the freeway! The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Better than any hotel I¿ve ever stayed at! Hotel staff responded quickly to my needs. This would be a great hotel for someone who does not want the busyness of a casino!”

“The hotel was very nice. Front desk people were helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the MGM grand and also to the airport. Both of these were very handy. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone. Sometimes I feel like I get a room that wouldn't normally be rented out--near an elevator, stairwell, next to a business center, but I felt treated just as a if I had booked on the hotel's web site.”

• Great exercise room. Really comfy beds, nice bedding.
• Didn't clean our rooms 2 of the days. Front desk not overly helpful. No fridge in rooms.

“We were very pleased with our stay at the doubletree hotel. It was so nice to stay off the strip. It was great to have a comfortable, non-smoking atmosphere where it was easy to find parking. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would have been happier if a small refrigerator and microwave were available in our room but overall we were very pleased.”

• The shuttle service from the airport and to the strip were great and convenient. The staff were wonderful! Beds very comfortable.
• No complaints, we got exactly what we expected and more.

• It¿s great!
• There was no refrigerator and there was no exhaust fan in t he bathroom.

“The hotel was quiet and seemed aimed at the adult traveler. A clean and pleasant atmosphere and no long walk to the elevator or to your room. Check in and out was so easy and parking was close to the main entrance. I recommend this hotel and its staff that want to enjoy quality at affordable prices.”

“The fire detector in the room was out of battery, and beeped every 30 seconds, once contacted front desk about this matter I was accused of smoking in the room. I was not able to sleep the finest two nits I was there. How satisfied would you be if you were wrongfully accused of breaking the rules, and yelled at on a trip where you spent some money on your room, very dissatisfied?”

• The service at the front desk was average. Girl was very busy.

“Overall, very satisfied with the hotel. They let us keep our bags at the front desk because our flight was only at supper time. That was very convenient. We were able to do some sight seeing while we waited for our flight without our entire luggage. The beds were really comfortable!”

“This hotel is perfect if you need to get to the airport quickly. There is also a Chain restaurant right next door. They do supply transportation to and from the strip if you need it. The rooms and baths were very clean. The Beds were luxurious. Very economical compared to other Las Vegas Hotels. Yet very nice!”

• HORRIBLE Service at Check Out.

“The check in was fine. When we went to check out it was a nightmare. We called the front desk to ask them to call a taxi. She said we had to be in the lobby to call it. We get down there and there was one person checking out five people. We didn't get to call a Taxi in time. Then she said the next shuttle was coming in 10 minutes and it wasn't the case. It was a shuttle to the airport not the strip location. Long story short we almost late to our own wedding because of the horrible service. She also told another employee we lied and what she told us wasn't what she said. How is that a way to treat a guest? Loved the cookie, pillows and bedding hated the service. I would NOT stay here again!”

• Observed a shuttle driver rude to some guests.

• No hot tub by pool, no bathroom privacy fan. Desk staff could not help us in locating vegetarian food.

“I found the hotel staff great. Once we checked in we were greeted with a fantastic chocolate chip cookie. The three of us had to share it. The hotel room was clean (fresh sheets are important). The hotel however is not located on the strip with all the action.”
