“This place has it all! Beautifully decorated and simple elegance in design. The breakfast offering is one of the best we've experienced, sumptuous. The staff was always happy, parking was a joy, and the location was A+, very quiet and adjoining green spaces were tranquil for those morning and evening walks. Two thumbs up!” 4 of 4 people found this review helpful.Jan 5, 2006 by

“I liked complimentary breakfast and newspaper. The room was quiet, neat and cozy. Loved the fact that there was coffee maker, microwave, little sink with utensil as well as plates and cups. I think this hotel will appeal to any sensible traveler with budget conscious mind.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Nov 23, 2005 by

“When I got to the hotel, I was very welcome by the employees. Then when I got to the room I feel like home. I was able to rest and enjoy the enviroment at the same time, which was the primary reason for me to come to Vegas. The check out was the easiest check out I ever had . I would definelly recomend this hotel to my friends and I would like to come back, but to stay more days.” Aug 17, 2005 by
Peter from Van Nuys, CA

“We've stayed at this hotel before. Both times were very enjoyable. Breakfast is a definite perk - way better than those "continental" breakfasts. Rooms are comfortable, kitchenette is nice and convenient. A great value in Vegas.” Jul 26, 2005 by
Tanya from Perry, UT
“I liked the accomodations there. I liked the space in the rooms which was great for our family. A welcome surprise for tired travelers. Seemed that the staff could have been friendlier.” Jul 6, 2005 by
Louise from Mission Viejo, CA
“I stayed at the Residence Inn because I was leaving early the next morning for a trip to the Grand Canyon. It is off the busy, congested strip which made it easy to get on the road the next day. A very nice breakfast was served and the hotel staff were friendly. Check in and out was fast with no lines. They had a nice pool. Our room had a kitchenette and sitting area. The room was very clean and comfortable.” Jul 6, 2005 by
Jason from Los Angeles, CA

“nice hotel, convienent and easy to find. The room was clean and comfortable” Jun 23, 2005 by
Andrew from Pheonix, NV
“Great hotel. A nice change from the loud casino in every other hotel lobby. The room was large and had a lot of unexpected amenities. Really swell free buffet too. The hot water in our shower did not work and was a big inconvenience. The front desk was notified but no amends were made. We did not make a big fuss though, so I guess only squeaky wheels get the grease.” Jun 22, 2005 by
Robert from Signal Hill, CA
“Great hotel with free breakfast, beatiful suites. Very clean and comfortable.Located less than a mile from the center of the strip. Very convenient location. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Quiet hotel.” Jun 21, 2005 by
Ozan from Ann Arbor, MI
“Overall, it is a good hotel, but it takes more than 20 min to walk to the center of the Strip in Vegas.” Jun 20, 2005 by
Ira from San Juan Capistrano, CA
“This Residence Inn is an 11 story hotel with the usual impressive list of features that comes with a Residence Inn. I was given a studio suite with a comfortable queen size over the outdoor pool facing south. The room comes with a big refrig, microwave, dishwasher, full set of plates and glassware, pots, silverware, stove top elements, coffeemaker. There is an L-Shaped sofa, desk, 27 inch tv with a good array of cable channels with HBO. Wireless high speed Internet access is provided for free. The bathroom was clean and included a hairdryer. There is a concierge desk to help booking shows and restaurants. There is a good light meal at night and an excellent hot breakfast buffet all complimentary. The hotel is off the strip on Paradise Road right up the street from the Las Vegas Hilton where I saw Wayne Newton with a half off ticket from tix2nite. I understand why he is considered Mr. Entertainer in Las Vegas. This six year old hotel is being renovated starting with the top two floors. Except for one of the elevators being used by the construction crew, I see no problem with the renovation. Actually I don't see any need for renovation in the room I was given. And I've stayed at hotels in great need of renovation. I would be happy to get this hotel again.” 3 of 3 people found this review helpful.Jun 16, 2005 by

“This was unusual experience. I assumed that all hotels give an option of 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. This hotel has studio with just 1 queen bed and a sofa bed. Sofa bed is just for name sake, the size is suitable for upto 10 year old kid. Also, sofa bed is not comfortable at all. When I realized that they dont have 2 beds, I asked for upgrade to their 2 room suite and I was ready to pay the difference. The shift manager agreed to provide that subject to availability upon my arrival. The best part of stay was kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave, stove, dishwasher and many utensils wwith flatware! We made our own toasts and coffee etc. and it was satisfying.Overall, the hotel is pretty good for the price I paid.” Jun 15, 2005 by
Stephanie from Meridian, CA
“The location is fantastic. It is not on the strip, therefore it is not too congested. Yet, it is not far away therefore within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were many suggestions on local attractions, dining and modes of transportation. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever had. ” Jun 15, 2005 by
Dennis from Glendale, AZ
“Great hotel close into everything, friendly and helpful staff, secure. Excellent breakfast. Quiet. Very pleasent stay. We'd stay there again.” Jun 14, 2005 by
Robb from Rowland Heights, CA
“The location was great. I was able to access everything imaginable on the strip and did not have to worry about conduction business with those filthy charlatans known as cab drivers. Even though I did not fly, the airport was extremely accessible.” Jun 9, 2005 by
Leroy from Fpo Ap, CA
“Perfect for a group and family on a low budget” Jun 9, 2005 by
Barney from San Bernardino, CA
“This hotel was far nicer than I expected for the price I paid. The staff was very nice and the room was execellent. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would moist definetly stay there again.” Jun 8, 2005 by
John from Sycamore, IL
“The suite was clean, up to date, fully functional to stay a long time if needed.” Jun 3, 2005 by
Stacey from Smith “Ideal location. This hotel is positioned less than 1 mile from the famous Las Vegas strip. I loved it because it wasn't right in the middle of all the chaos, but just close enough to walk to the casinos and various attractions. I came with my husband, mother-in-law, 25 year old daughter, and dog Lucky. This hotel was ideal because they offered smoking rooms, as my mother-in-law requested, and then even allowed pets! We couldn't leave lucky behind! The kitchen and dining room space allowed us to save more and eat in a few times. Believe me this was definitely helpful with all the money we spent gambling! I recommend the Residence Inn to everyone!” Jun 1, 2005 by
William from Litchfield Park, AZ
“Nice location with satisfactory rooms and furniture. Nothing fancy but great deal for the money considering the location and facilities available.” Apr 17, 2005 by
Walter from Minneapolis, MN
“Great location and value; you're able to get away from the Strip noise and commotion" Room are adequate, include a small kitchen. Family friendly!"” Mar 23, 2005 by
janet s. from myrtle beach
“I loved staying at this hotel especially because of its fire place in the lobby. I don't have a fire place at home so it was great to sit and relax by this one after a day out in the city that never sleeps. I enjoyed exploring the city, but it can be overwhelming so it was great to have a hotel so close to the main strip so I could come back, relax, and reenergize. The staff here was so accommodating to my needs and provided astounding service.” Mar 10, 2005 by
Kyle from Scottsdale, AZ
“The stay was very pleasant. It was nice having a kitchen and living room. The Hughes Center had everything and it is very close to the strip.” Mar 7, 2005 by
Higinio from Yuma, AZ
“ I must say that it exceeded my wildest expectations. The accommodations were first class with all the amenities of a four star hotel. Thanks for the great service and value!” Feb 2, 2005 by
Crystal from Fallon, NV
“Great stay, super staff...highly recommend” Feb 2, 2005 by
Theresa from St. Paris, OH
“Room was fabulous . . . it was difficult for staff to find our reservation, though. We enjoyed the opportunity for a continental breakfast and felt this room was far superior than what we were expecting for a 2-1/2 star hotel!” Feb 2, 2005 by
Viki from Battleground, WA
“The check in was great. I even forgot a couple of things and they provided them, toothpaste and sewing kit. The breakfast was wonderful and great options. Would stay again.” Feb 2, 2005 by
Sui from Anaheim, CA
“I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. Just off the Las Vegas strip, it is close to all hotels and the convention center, where we attended a convention.” Jan 4, 2005 by
Anita from Oakland, CO
“I really liked this hotel. This was one of the best places I have stayed at for the price that I paid.Thank you” Dec 6, 2004 by
Daniel M. from Lauente “Everything was to my expectations, location was not far from the strip. I was the there for a wedding, and it was great under the circumstances. I would choose this type of accommodation for travel, but would choose a hotel on the strip for pleasure.” Nov 10, 2004 by
“I thought the hotel was nice and since it was last minute, it was great. I liked that it was roomy and had a kitchen. The staff was great. If I needed a place to stay, and it didn''t have to be on the strip, I would stay there again.” Sep 4, 2004 by
Ulla l. from Oakland, CA “I was very pleased with my stay at the Hughes Residence in Las Vegas last week. The rooms, the service, the recreational areas and the location. I especially liked the location, not only is it near the LV convention center but also has nice surroundings allowing for a pleasurable morning walk. One complaint. The coffee is so bad, the worst. I can't find the words to describe it. On a scale of one to ten I could not even give it a one, maybe if we were in an emergency shelter it would be okay. However, this is a small complaint in the scheme of things. Next time I will just bring some good coffee and make it in my room.” Hotel Representatives:
