  • Charging a 5 dollar fee to print a boarding pass for flight at service desk it was very tacky.

  • The beds are so comfortable and the staff is really friendly and helpful.
  • A non-smoking room cannot be guaranteed, so we had to change rooms after the first night.

  • Thin walls, other guests woke us up all hours of the night.

  • My room was not ready until after 9 pm!

“I tried to check in at 5:45 pm and was told my room was still not ready and to come back in two hours. I was going to see Phantom and I actually had to get ready in the women's bathroom. When I arrived after 9 my room still wasn't ready and I have to wait 20 minutes (on a Tue) for them to find me a non-smoking room. Then the bell girl was rude about getting my bags and she told me to "just call from your room, it will take me too long."”

  • Affordable. Near the mall.
  • Small swimming pool. Pool closes early.

“We stayed at a non-smoking room - no smell of smoke anywhere around. I found out that they renovated the rooms last year. Overall the room was clean and they provided everything I asked. The amenities were not special (travel with your own, unless you don't mind). This hotel has a walk way to the fashion mall. It was the beginning of may and lass Vegas was hot. The pool only opened until 6pm (downer). The pool is very small compared to other hotels. If you are visiting Vegas for a short period, this hotel will be satisfactory. If you care about the view, this hotel does not have ceiling to floor windows. If you are traveling with children, the game room for kids is too small. If you are looking for cheap minimum table bets, this hotel has them.”

“It was clean and average. Way overpriced for a standard room, as I have had similar rooms at Holiday Inns that were just as nice and far cheaper. Also, good luck getting into the pool which is minuscule and packed, with no available chairs to lay outside.”

  • Housekeeping, check in staff, very Smokey, not 4 star at all.

“We won't stay at it again, horrible guest services, housekeeping deplorable, attitude of staff "donżt give a hoot" and even managed to neglect to provide face cloths, soap, bath mats although generous housekeeping tips of 1 to 5 dollars left consistently. Check in very late no apology, messed up twice on billing so had holds of double charges for rooms of 1600 on bill, took two days to straighten out. Booked up scale rooms, son and future bride, and my husband and myself but definitely not a four star, very smoky, especially by elevators to rooms. Won't stay again.”

  • While the service was generally quite good, the food was not always great.

“As long as I can get a reasonable price, I will stay at this hotel. I enjoy Vegas but am concerned about the rising prices there. Often, the price increases do not pay for anything but the hotel's rising costs, which, in my estimation, can be cut in many, many non-guest threatening ways.”

  • The social house restaurant was fabulous!
  • There was nothing I can think of that I did not like, except maybe the drink prices could have been lower,.

  • The girl at the check out was rude that is why they got 8 on hotel staff.

  • No free wireless internet access in the rooms.

“This hotel does offer a good 'Vegas experience' in so far as it has fashionable clubs and the mandatory 'cirque' show. It's clean and the staff is very approachable, whist the walking distances to the heart of the action are negligible. The rooms are equipped with with good bathroom facilities and the beds are comfortable and large. There is a plasma TV in the cabinet and although you do feel the no-frills quality of the room, it isn't enough to describe them as merely functional. The views will vary due to the shape of the building, but I was on the 33rd floor and that tends to give good views wherever you're looking at night! I didn't think the casino floor was particularly large enough really, but that might be a bonus to some people. I went to the mist bar on the night, with the stunning but bimbo-is bar staff displaying eye-popping cleavage to keep the 'punters' happy, though Iżm not normally found in such places. The music wasn't to my taste, but like the rest of this, that's all subjective. A major disappointment for me was that you have to pay extra - $12.50 a night - for the wireless internet to be accessed in your rooms, irritating when I had the day before been able to use wireless for free in a shopping mall in la. Considering the money these places make, you'd think that they could give you complimentary access. I was annoyed but it didn't spoil my time there. I was just surprised. But I did see 'iron' mike Tyson; he walked past me toward mist as I left there. That might put some of you off, but I thought it was great! Added to the experience!”

“Although treasure island was a nice hotel, it did not meet my expectations as a 4 star hotel. The check-in desk is inconveniently located, and the check-in line was long. We were also placed in a room with a view looking at the back of the hotel--very disgusted with this view as I was imagining a 4-star experience. Rooms were on the smaller side and somewhat dark. Bathroom was nice and clean.”

  • The beds were extremely comfortable.
  • The restaurant we ate at was not very good.

“Treasure Island or "TI" is a very nice hotel by most standards. Within the context of the Las Vegas Strip, it is probably only an "average" hotel and its location near the end of the step makes it a little inconvenient, if you are hoping to leave the hotel much during your stay. Still, our stay was very pleasant, overall, and the price was fair.”

  • Overpriced, room not clean, earrings missing, hotel staff unfriendly.

Must walk acres through casino to get to anything and it is not a very nice casino. Can take free tram to Mirage pool, which is gorgeous and has reciprocity with TI. Good buffet and room service. We had fun.”

  • Great lighting over the bed compared to most hotels, easier to read in bed.
  • Check in took too long, even non-smoking rooms smell smoky.

“This is not the Treasure Island I remember from the past. Apparently they have remodeled in the last few years, and it is very, very nice. They lightened up the color scheme and gave it a classier feel. The lighting in the room was great, the bathroom was fabulous, and the bed was super comfortable. Only complaints are that the check-in process took forever (a common problem on the strip in Vegas), and even non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. I think the smoke just permeates the entire HVAC system. Restaurants were good but not exceptional, and the shopping within the hotel was fun, with a lot of variety.”

“Very nice hotel and staff were friendly, but long lines at check in and again when checking out. Security actively checking for room keys, detouring outsiders from access to hotel rooms which was a nice safety feature. All in all would recommend, if you are not an impatient person when checking in or out.”

  • Smoking, we didn't gamble because of all the smoking, also going from one place to another the smoking was very offensive.

“Everything was great. Our room was nice. Anything we needed was provided. The staff was very helpful. The only negative was all the smoking permitted in the Hotel/Casino etc.”

  • Everything under one roof
  • Check-in staff overworked and not friendly, $20 to use the gym!!

“Exactly what you expect. Very busy Las Vegas strip hotel, constant sound of slot machines, very smoky inside the casino. Check-in staff did not even look us in the eye. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door at 8.00 am for no reason. My partner went to use the gym and they charged him $20 to use the treadmill! This, as with just about every other hotel, should be free for checked in guests. ”

  • The casino in the hotel was nice, also the shows they had were spectacular.
  • The room we got was poorly maintained it smelled awful and the sheets were dirty. Also there were footprrints all over all the mirrors in the room

“My opinion of this hotel is that it did not meet the minimal expections of what is advertised. They need to spend some more time working on the cleanliness of the rooms.”

  • Very easy to check in and out of. It also was well laid out never got lost like some other hotels on the strip.
  • Cigar and Cigarette smoke, felt unless we were in our room, we could not get away from it.

“Overall the hotel was wonderful, the prices are great for the services you receive. The pool could be updated felt that it wasn't that resort feeling more like your local hotel pool. Lots of good food and excellent service.”

  • Had room problems....Check in was a joke...Kept giving us rooms that were already reserved.
