• free buffet breakfast
• Not really convenient for access to the Strip.

“A nice hotel with friendly staff that will take you to and from the airport and to (but not from) the Las Vegas Strip. Cab ride from the Strip to the hotel costs about $8 or $10.”

• Reasonable price, great facility, convenient location to the strip and convention facilities.

“Friendly, helpful staff...nice facility with great amenities. Close to the strip and convention facilites but without the exorbitant cost of the big name hotels. When I'm back in Vegas I'll stay at the Hampton Inn Las Vegas - Tropicana.”

• very clean, good food, reasonably priced
• Location wise-near busy interstate traffic makes it difficult when walking to the strip

“This hotel was wonderful! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The food was great. I definately would recommend staying at here, besides we got an excellant rate!”

• Clean, quality, friendly, appropriatly priced
• Location, not that it was poor, but closer to the strip would have been nice

• Hotel service is good. good breakfast, good view.

“Strip street, dining areas are very accessible. Hotel is neat and impressive. To anybody who wishes to tour Las Vegas, I would suggest that this is the best hotel to stay in.”

• It is conveniently located near the strip and its pricing didn''t cost me my fortune.
• Most of breakfast items are either low fat or low carb.

“It is a very nice and clean place to stay at. I like it because it isn''t crowded compared to the famous hotels, and it is not far from the strip either.”

• Great price, nice rooms, friendly staff, shuttle service
• Location was across freeway

“ Additionally, the staff were helpful and the continental breakfast was good. I found that I was happy with my overall stay. Also, this hotel is close to "wild wild west" which has very good deals on food for a restaurant. There is also a convenience store right next door at chevron.”

“I was very disappointed with the staff at the hotel I stayed at. They were rude from the moment I checked in until the moment I left the hotel. I was amazed at how rude the staff was to me and my friend. I am going to write a complaint to the Hampton Inn and ask for my money back. It was an awful experience.”

“The hotel was exceptionally clean. The service was professional, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. The shuttle service was efficient and convenient. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel!”

“Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Best part of the deal is the free shuttle from the hotel to and from hotels on the Strip, as well as the airport. It's possible to walk to the strip from the hotel (20 minutes), but the shuttle was very convenient and punctual and went as far as Treasure Island to the north. For $10 the driver took us all the way up to Fremont St. which would have cost about $20 by taxi.”
