• Plasma in bathroom - champions league, beer, and soak. Heaven.
• Bad air con system, thus lousy nights sleep.

“An excellent hotel let down by an inoperative air con system with no offer of a change of room. Lovely surroundings, lousy nights sleep!!”

• High quality comfortable rooms
• No hot water for two mornings!!!

“It was a shame that the lack of hot water for two consecutive mornings soured my stay. One morning is unfortunate, but two is just not good enough. Otherwise the room was above average.”

• Very clean and modern with everything necessary for a short stay.
• Pesonally the room was too warm and the air con was not very effective.

“The hotel was modern,well situated,and quiet.Situated as it was,we

could have done with better road information to find it,we arrived

during the evening rush hour.”

• Clean, private, quiet, Satff very helpful and friendly.
• Small room, no CD/ music system - although Music through tv.

“We had a river view which was lovely.
We would have liked a late book out/ bigger bath.
The Restaurant was brilliant. The food was delicious and the waitress was extremely helpful.
Staff were very quick and efficient with booking in/out. There were no queues.
The room was ok. A little bit small but nice and clean.”

• Clean, modern room with well equipped bathroom.
• Being used to a king sized bed, the double seemed rather small!

“Excellent hotel, fantastic location for a weekend break. Breakfast was not the best but the surroundings made up for it. Parking was expensive. TV in the bathroom was a bonus!”

• lack of balcony to enjoy river view. Offices over river looking direct into room

• modern style,excellent location, nice views over the river
• have to use NCP car park next door, no discounted rates there for being a hotel guest
