• Very spacious room, nice view grounds, great staff and spa.
• Lack of in-room internet access and price of lobby access.

“Great friendly staff. Upon check in we were upgraded to deluxe room overlooking garden. Room was huge with huge bathroom, huge separate dressing area with small kitchenette and bedroom area was also huge. Very clean, spa and pool was great to refresh.”

• The concierge was friendly and helpful.
• No ice machine. Business Center internet access for a fee. No air conditioning.

“The hotel is conveniently located in Westminster, just a short walk to a bus line. The room was clean and adequate. I was disappointed to not have air conditioning as the room was quite hot. The Business Center had a public access terminal for internet access but you had to pay to use it. There is no ice machine so you have to call for room service to bring you ice.”

• King size bed, closets, fridge, big bath, quiet close to Victoria station.
• Not very many restaurants close to choose from.

“Great location, Tapes restaurant close by is very nice. The hotel is quiet but convenient, king size beds, unheard of in London or England for that matter. can't say enough about it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Be sure to walk around Buck house and Hyde Park. Would definateley like to stay again.”

• Multiple rooms, large, private, quiet. Location, location, location!!!
• Been there twice and couldn't get a room facing the courtyard either time (other rooms face the street).

“We got FOUR (4!) separate rooms - mini living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom all for the same price as a regular hotel room!! You can't beat it. Very clean and private. Bathrooms have a nice big tub - not just a shower like lots of hotels (important for bath fans!). Quiet convienient location.”

• Room was large for London, and had kitchenette
• a bit off the beaten track, rather residential area

“Good if you want a place to "get away" from the hub-ub of London. About 3 blocks to the Pimlico tube (which requires transfers to get to many other popular destinations in London). Room service actually made a tasty Cheeseburger (rare for London!).”

• Good location, nice room.
• No A/C in rooms. No doorman at the front to help with bags. Did not seem like a 3 star hotel.

“The hotel would have been great if it had a 2 star rating, not 3. There was no A/C in the rooms, tough with 90 degree temperateures, and there was no internet access capabilities. The hotel was otherwise clean and the staff friendly.”

• The rooms were very large
• It was not in a tourist location

“Overall the hotel was very nice. I liked the almost everything about it except for the fact that it was not close to any tourist spots, like shopping, restaurants, sights, etc' The neighborhood was safe, clean and nice, it was more of a place where locals lived.”

• Room size, king bed, bath room size and tub, tables for eating at and kitchen facilties.
• House keeping only made up your room if you made it aviable in the morning during their schedule.

“Overall this was a nice hotel and friendly staff with nice indoor pool, work out room and outdoor gardens. I would be happy to stay at the Dolphin in the future.”

• Really clean, safe location. The rooms are actually old apartments, so very big.
• Nothing really...

“Great location, great price. Rooms are actually apartments, so you have a HUGE bath, nice size bedroom, living room, and kitchen.Great place.”

• Excellent value. Got a fully furnished two bedroom suite!
• Ever so slightly off the beaten path.
