• Valet parking didnt answer the phone. TV speakers vibrated during movie rental.

“It's a decent hotel, the room was nice, and the decor is nice. The pool isnt great.”

• It was pretty.
• The hotel was too far from restaurants/casino. Expensive area, restaurants in area outrageous. The elevators were too small and slow.

“The hotel was very pretty with a good view of the falls if you pay a lot more for the room. The casino was a good walk from the hotel especially when it is cold outside. All of the restaurants in the area were over priced. Clifton hill area is much more enjoyable, more things to do and less expensive. I would not recommend the falls view area for anyone unless they want to spend a lot of cash and only want to gamble and see the falls.”

• Too far from main attractions, hotel a little disorganized, not overly friendly.

“When we do travel to Niagara Falls again, I will most likely look for a hotel more centrally located and one that offers free parking. The hotel was clean, but some of the employees were not as friendly as you might expect. The food at the steakhouse was great though.”

• No breakfast included! No microwave! Boring!

“Waited for very long time for check in, more than 45 min. No breakfast included. The staffs' performances are so, not very warm.”

• A door between the room next to us. Very poor invention, you can hear every word spoken from the people in the room beside us.

• Beautiful view of the falls. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very quiet.
• We had to wait in line about 20 mins to check in.

“The hotel was in a great location. Rooms were very clean, quite and comfortable. The restaurant had a wonderful view and the food was great. We have stayed at this hotel before and we will stay there again.”

• The view.
• The room had garbage in it, and they charge more for parking.

“The hotel was decent, the room we had, we found garbage under the beds and it kinda made me wonder if they cleaned the sheets and all. Not to mention they charge you 23.50 to park.”

• Parking Expensive 20 CAD + Tax a Day Others in Same area were 10 CAD.

“The location was great for viewing the falls. The parking is expensive even for the area, the hotels around it, as well as the other Sheraton, were half the price. The elevators are horribly slow.”

• 15 minutes wait for elevator, really, 15 minutes. Everyone was complaining.

• Parking was expensive $20 per night.

“Good hotel, beautiful view of the falls, very clean and professional. parking is very expensive at the hotel $20 per night, only $5 at the casino.”

• The staff went over and above with their helpful service and advice.
• No Spa facility. We needed to upgrade to allow us to have a room with a view of the falls.

“The hotel lounge/restaurant had a very nice ambiance and good food. The in house live musical entertainment was great. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• Great room, very pleasant and cooperative staff.
• The sauna, whirlpool & pool were terrible! I was shocked and definitely not romantic.

“The location is the furthest on the step of hotels, but has a great view and is only 20 min walk from downtown and 5 minutes from the better restaurants (recommend The Keg for convince - book reservation on line A MUST). The staff is excellent, the rooms were comfortable. My only complaint was the pool and whirlpool/sauna. It was gruesome. Very strong smell of chlorine, full of children and parents and very dingy. Not the romantic getaway that we were hoping for (esp. since the rooms with Jacuzzi were all sold out. (Even if my daughter was with me. she would not have been allowed to play in the pool).”

• The pool exit was located by a door that blasted you with cold air.

“There was some type of rumbling in the pipes around midnight. It sounded like a jack hammer- I had to call the front desk to find out if they had late night construction going on. It was hard to sleep. .”

• Disappointing concierge service.

“The concierge wasn't keen on assisting me and showed me a black face on both days I sought their services. Disappointing to find that in such an upscale place. The diner's staff was much more helpful and accommodated to my request to use the internet past their closing time. Got a great view to the falls, unobstructed by other buildings in the area.”

• Too much expensive for parking extra without mentioned, changes to the selection was not entertained by the staff.
