  • Great view, staff upgraded us because of late check in.
  • Valet parking is expensive and we had no option.

  • The 26th floor was nice with a view of the falls and surrounding area.
  • Some construction going on next door, with a new another building going up.

“The hotel was very clean, the restaurant on the 33rd floor had a beautiful view and the food was great but the price was very expensive.”

  • The room is really good.
  • The window is not clean and it is not that quiet outside of the room.

“The window of the room is not clean enough. It was not quiet outside of the room in the morning. I was been waking up in the morning several times. The other parts were great.”

  • Pool and location.
  • In room Jacuzzi did not work, elevator was like a sauna.

“I expected better for a Hilton. The in room Jacuzzi did not work which was a big let down for my kids. Also the elevator to the North tower was like a sauna. Every time we rode up in it other guests beside me made the same comment.”

  • Very comfortable beds.
  • We asked for a falls view and you could barely see them.

“We requested a falls view and paid more for it and we were very disappointed that you hardly them at all. They were obstructed by a building.”

  • It was nicely decorated. The room was quite pleasing and great view from my guestroom. I will come back many times.
  • The restaurant and bar closes too early. The time could have been extended to 12:00 a.m.

“It was my first time visiting the hotel and my first impression was great. The friendly service of the valet parking and the front desk staffs were friendly and polite. The room was fabulous and nicely decorated with the most breathtaking view of the Casino and the Niagara falls. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The price was great.”

  • Beautiful facilities.
  • Room smelled Smokey even though it was "non smoking".

“Hotel was more than we expected! For an additional $30, we got a room on the 17th floor with a great view of the American falls and the Clifton Hill area. The pool was also spectacular! We normally stay at the Radisson and this was definitely an upgrade for us! Only negatives were the room smelled "smoky" even though it was supposedly a non smoking room. Also, clock was an hour and 10 minutes fast and housekeeping came up, had to get a screwdriver, and never returned. Other than that, would highly recommend!”

  • Cleanliness, room is spacious and friendly staff when we ordered room service.
  • Valet parking only, pool is not that cleaned- not heated enough for young children.

“Nice and clean hotel, the staff is friendly, room is spacious, but only valet parking due to constructions so it was very busy and you have to wait for a while for your car- it should've been free. The pool must be heated especially the wading pool for the little ones.”

“The power was out for about 12 hours and the staff didn't tell anyone what was going on and didn't really seem to care. The staff I dealt with was ignorant and rude. I expected more and got much, much less! I will likely stay at the Marriott the next time I visit Niagara Falls.”

  • The location proximity to the falls.
  • The 45 minute waits for my car to be brought down. It would have been longer had I not inquired as to its where about.

“I was a little disappointed at the stains on the carpet in my hotel room. It would not have taken much for it to have been cleaned. The overall experience was ok up until the point where we were kept waiting in the misting rain for 45 minutes waiting for my car to be brought down. My wife was steaming and I convinced her to simply get in rather than carving some one a new orifice. The only reason why it was only 45 minutes was because I finally cornered one of the attendants and asked what the hold up was. He checked and told me my car had been brought down a long time ago. I found it hidden on the ramp that went under the hotel. It was not visible from the front entrance where we were told to wait. A little communication would have gone a long way!”

  • The proximity of attractions and the view of the falls.
  • I don't believe the price we paid was suited towards our room (could have paid. less for what we got).

“The people were very friendly and helpful; however I don't think we received a room for the amount we paid for it. Very close to the local attractions and the falls. The fireworks were easily viewed from our room too!”

  • Waiting staff / bell / valet excellent.
  • Information desk empty most of the time, you cannot rely on the shuttle service.

“Information counter empty most of the time, the front desk not well informed, shuttle service never on time and takes you only to old casino. Plan on taking out your car more often than expected. Waterfall in pool was not working entire stay; maid service comes late in the afternoon to make up rooms. If you plan on eating at the front cafe, expect a bus load of visitors cutting through the restaurant. Great view of the falls fl 17-33. The bell/ valet and waiting staff excellent. it seems that the hotel caters to vip, executive class, not to the little man. In addition to room taxes you pay $11.00 advertisement fee for hotel daily. And $20.00 parking fee for your stay.”
