• Clean, comfortable, priced less than Hilton.
• None we could see!

“We had a great experience at this hotel over Labor Day. Everyone was friendly yet unobtrusive - check in was easy - they even called up to make sure we were happy with the room 10 minutes after we got up there. Buffet breakfast in Buchanan's was delicious. Our server recommended visiting the Butterfly Conservatory.”

• Good location for Niagara Falls.
• Did not like having to pay for parking. Parking was on their own lot, not a garage.

“Hotel was good, but not great for a Doubletree. Did not like having to pay for parking, especially since it was outdoors on their own lot and not in a garage.”

• The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.
• The cookies they give you upon check in used to be bigger.

“Decent location, the Doubletree at Niagara. It is walking distance to the falls and attractions like the Skylon, Clifton St., and numerous eateries.”

• I was very impressed with the gym facility. It was very clean and had nice equipment that was in very good condition.
• It wasn't in the best location, it was a bit far to walk down by the falls from the hotel. But it wasn't too bad.

“All in all I was satisfied with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive for what we got! The gym was great, the staff was friendly, and the beds were very comfortable! I would stay in a Double Tree Hotel again, may be somewhere else though, probably not in Niagara Falls.”

• There was nothing that I liked about the hotel.
• The hotel staff was not hospitable in putting the customer first.

“The rooms were poorly lit with the atmosphere of a 2 star hotel or motel. The hotel showed a picturesque view of the Niagara River and I paid extra to enjoy that view but only available a room with a view of the parking lot and a distant view of a river that is only visible during the day.”

• The front desk staff was very friendly, informative, did a great job!
• The breakfast buffet was too expensive for what was offered.

“Hotel is several blocks from the falls, nice window view from upper floors, you can walk from hotel to main area's of town. Pool area is small (for kids) but nice. Kids loved the cookies. Hotel facilities were very clean, neat, rooms were also.”

• The room and hotel was clean and comfortable.
• It was not as convenient to attractions as I thought.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. They have a nice pool and hot tub. The additional hot tub on the patio outside was a nice. The hotel is not as convenient to the attractions and other restaurants as I expected. Everything is several blocks away. The hotel feels isolated for the price.”

• The view was nice, but I thought we were going to be a little closer to the falls.

• Nice pool and exercise room ; large rooms.
• Too much chlorine in pool; only six keys at a time for the gym, a nuisance.

“The front counter staff was abrupt to almost rude and not very helpful. I think you could stay at a slightly lower class and get very friendly people, free parking and free breakfast.”

• This hotel has it all!
• It was expensive.

“Excellent stay, more then we expected! The gym was awesome, had a large variety of machines. The pool looked stunning and had a separate adult swim area. The room was immaculate with comfy bedding and wonderful toiletries provided. I would recommend to anyone going to Niagara Falls, oh and don't forget the wonderful view from every room.”

• They had elevator problems that made getting to the room difficult sometimes.

• No fridge in the rooms.

“The hotel was wonderful, easy to find, close to the falls. They gave us warm cookies when we checked in, and the beds were amazing! The only thing I was unhappy about was that there was no fridge in the room, and with two small children a fridge is a must.”

• Way too expensive for a pretentious hotel. The pool tasted salty.
