• Close to the airport and car rental.
• They charged me $19 to park my rental car to check-out.

“Air-conditioning did not work or was very poor. Food was over-priced for the quality.”

• It's literally falling apart, leaky pipes, old, clogged drains.

“For a Sheraton Hotel, we were surprised at the condition. It is in badly need of restoration, painting, new plumbing, new towels, carpets and furniture need cleaning/replaced.”

• The rooms are exceptionally quite especially considering the close proximity of Heathrow.
• Nothing.

“The location is so convenient to Heathrow and the Hoppa bus zips you to the terminal to catch your flight. It is comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The rooms are blissfully quite --- you don't hear the planes! We have stayed here before & will be back again! We enjoyed an excellent dinner and relaxed before a long trip back to the USA.”

• Leaky water pipes, clogged drain, carpets dirty, mold.

“There were not wash cloths, the towels were thin and worm. The entire hotel needs to be refurbished. Mold in the shower area, the ceiling leaked in the bathroom, had problems with power conversion. Had to call in the maintenance person both times we stayed there. The price was ok given the high costs of everything in London.”

• Quick check-in, great location, good kids menu on room service.
• Hard to find, but that's the fault of street signs, not hotel!

“My under-fives and I have stayed in this hotel two years running now the night before a flight back to the USA. A very decent airport hotel, with friendly staff and meticulously clean rooms and commons. The car park is a hassle, and the place is a bit of a struggle to find unless you know that Colnbrook Bypass is part of the A4 -- as with everywhere in Britain, phoning for directions yielded rather sketchy information. Have always been satisfied with facilities and service and would recommend this hotel for night-before-flight stays at Heathrow - it equals or surpasses any comparably priced accommodations and location is great.”

• Check in area was awfully old and run down.

“Good price, close to Heathrow, this hotel is tired and needs some TLC. Beds are very comfortable. Baths are small but nicely designed. Food is good but pricy. $35 for breakfast buffet.”

• The bed.
• The noise of my neighbor's TV at midnight!

“The hotel has not been maintained properly. It looks old and outdated. The bathroom had this horrible smell, like it had not been cleaned and disinfected in days. The food in the restaurant is extremely expensive if you don't make it to the buffet on time.”

• Had to pay a lot for Internet access. Should have been included.

“I recently stayed in your hotel, and overall my experience was very positive. My main complaint is having to pay so much for Internet connection when this should have been included in a four-star hotel. The breakfast buffet also was sadly inferior.”

• Very comfortable beds, very nice bathroom.
• Shower too small.

“Although near Heathrow Airport, no plane noise could heard inside hotel room - wonderful and unexpected given the location. Easy access to airport using shuttle service, although fee charged for shuttle service.”

“This hotel was very close to airport. Room was clean and the bed was great. Nothing fancy, Mc Donald's across the street was one of the best things about the hotel. Do not rent a movie or drink from room bar, way over priced!”

• The rooms were attractive and the beds comfortable.
• The internet cost 15 pounds, about 30 dollars. The walls were a little thin.

“The rooms and beds were attractive and comfortable. The walls of the rooms were a little thin, but with a sound machine there was no noise from the other rooms or the airplanes. The internet cost 15 pounds, about $30, for 24 hours, which is fairly expensive. The McDonald's across the street was less expensive but less convenient.”
