• Great neighborhood, room and concierge was great.
• Cashier/receptionist staff could have better customer service.

• Very clean, helpful staff, nice extras such as bathrobes.
• I would have liked a clock in the room.

• Very comfortable hotel, well located and friendly staff.
• Location and the bed are excellent.

• It was OK - nothing is really standing out other than they cashed my traveler's checks with no hassles.
• Needs to be updated.

“This hotel is very hard to find as there are 3 Sheraton's in the neighborhood. We stay at Sheraton frequently and were surprised with the caliber of this hotel being more dingy and old than those we have stayed in. It was not horrible, but not that impressed for what we paid.”

• Location in Bulgaria.
• Air conditioner not very effective.

“A little tired, but great location and the staff tries hard - a welcome contrast to the generally surely service in England. Very comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. Excellent for meetings and close to everything that matters in London. You can walk to Victoria station in 15 minutes.”

• Friendly staff, nice lobby, cleans room, nice decor, and great location.
• Elevator was small but it's Europe.
