• Staff. They were truly above and beyond my expectations!
• Toilet area of the bathroom was not too private.

“From the minute we exited our taxi till the minute we left the door for our departure, we were treated with utmost respect and generosity. The hotel was extremely clean and taken care of. The two restaurants in which we dined were perfect in terms of quality and service. Even with the exuberant price of over $15 for a can of beer in the rooms refrigerator, we would return to this hotel during our next stay in Singapore.”

• The Pan Pacific interior design is stunning and the rooms are outstanding.
• Not easy to walk outside to Downtown from this location.

“From the minute you walk into the Pan Pacific Singapore, where you are warmly greeted at your car, at the door, and walked to the arrival desk, to the stunning 30+ story atrium, to the newly renovated, ultra contemporary rooms (including flat screen TV and all sorts of electronic connections for your hardware).”

• Location, food, service.
• Didnt come across; nothing negative in particular.

“We quite liked the location of this hotel. Its adjacent to three shopping malls and close to few of Singapores popular nightlife spots. The drive from the airport was just about 20 minutes from the hotel! The rooms were spacious and the service too was truly personal. We had a great experience staying here during our last visit to Singapore. Food is also a must try at the hotel! Overall, we were quite impressed by our stay here, and highly recommend this hotel if you want the best of both, a great hotel in a perfect location.”
