• The only good thing about this hotel is closed to train and restaurants.
• The dirtiest room hotel I have seen.

• Staff was accommodating and helpful.
• AC in room was broken. Changed room next day. Found out AC had been out for several weeks.

• The staff was really helpful and it was close to the Metro.
• The room we stayed in was tiny.

“The staff was excellent. They were very responsive to the only issue that we had. Our TV was not working the second day when we returned back to our room from sightseeing & they came up right away and fixed it. If you are traveling with younger children you may want to bring your own travel DVD player for entertainment. If the room was not so tiny, we would have rated this one a 10 all the way around.”

• Friendly and affordable.
• Prefer comforters to blankets. They hold dirt which is a bit gross.

• Location close to several metro lines made it easy to get around.
• I requested one large bed instead of 2 twins, and got a double. For 2 people. 2 decent-sized people.

“I expect small rooms in Paris, so that wasn't a surprise, but since I called ahead a week earlier I was hoping to get a queen bed. Instead I got a double, and since I am large, and the person I was sleeping with isn't small, it made for uncomfortable nights. Also, the breakfast is pretty lame; no hot food at all (usually there's at least a batch of eggs and a container of sausage/bacon). But the staff was nice and the hotel was clean and in a convenient location.”

• The breakfast room is beautiful with great food, and the booking code included the 11 euro breakfast!
• Bathroom is spacious and clean, but using the hand held shower in the tub without shower curtain was awkward.
