“Excellent service, beautiful air-conditioned rooms with all the amenities, superb central location next to Galleries Lafayette and the Opera. There are 2 Metro stations within 100 meters from either side of the hotel. We had a wonderful time with the children in this hotel.”

“We've been to Paris at least a dozen times and we know what we like. Given a good pair of walking shoes (or knowledge of the Metro), the location of the Ambassador is central to everything we love about the city. Great restaurants and shopping all around. Very close to Opera (and the Roissy Bus to and from CDG). From our first step on the property we were impressed. The staff was very helpful and we had no trouble communicating. All the public spaces are stunning and they offer free wireless internet. The towels were fluffy and there was an umbrella in our armoire. Very thoughtful. We'll visit this hotel again.”

“This hotel is nicely located close to the Paris Opera House. The rooms are unusually large for Parisian hotels and have nice high ceilings. Although dated, they are comfortable. Service was not bad again, above customary standards. The doors slammed on my floor creating a noisy environment some of the time, but all in all, I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotel.”

“A 4-star-hotel whose mattress hurt my back every night unfortunately. For some reason, I always woke up with backaches. Also, the lobby wireless internet didn't work properly when I was there so for my 4-day-stay, I couldn't have internet in the lobby and had to go in the internet room, which could be stuffy at times. I have told them about the problem and they said they were fixing it. However, the food is delicious! I had the best food there, from breakfast to lunch to a simple espresso. The food was succulent! The staff was always very friendly and prompts to help. I was very pleased with them. We had a meeting room set up with enough routers/cables to accommodate about 10 people with laptops. The hotel is in the heart of Paris, close to a little of everything, right next to a metro subway station, with taxis always available. It's in a great neighborhood too, lighted, people always around. it was a very nice hotel indeed. My back was just hurting after 5 nights there, but I should have complained right away. I was just too busy to, but next time Iżll know better.”
