• It was warm and inviting. The room was exactly as described. Excellent value for money.
• Our room was next to the lift, which meant it was fairly noisy outside.

“This hotel really was right in the middle of the city centre with easy access to all major attractions, for example, the main shopping area was a 2 minute walk away and the Mersey Ferry was a 5 minute walk away. The lady on Reception was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us the impression that nothing we asked her would be too much trouble. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.”

• lack of parking at hotel

• The space, the ambience - I am a barrister so it makes a nice change from the hustle and busles of court.
• No parking facilities. I would pay more for valet parking. A pool would be nice and a decent reading room.
