• Staff was friendly and professional

“This hotel is centrally located, steps from the half price ticket booth, National Gallery and other attractions in London. The hotel is also down a quiet street so travelers are able to escape the nightlife and get much needed rest. This hotel is wonderful!”

“Great location but hotel is in disrepair. Cracked tile. Everytime a door was shut in the hallway the room shook. Hotel Staff had difficulty speaking English.”

• Room was either too hot or too cold. Outside of room was extremely noisy. Food was limited to STALE sandwiches after 10pm at '4.00 EACH. 1 large scotch and coke was over '12.00!!!!!

“I would liked to have known that this is a no frills, noisy and over priced hotel. If you don't wish to ruin your leisure trip - DON'T GO THERE!”

• liked the situation of hotel walking distance to most of the theatres which is a bonus
• quite noisy in early hours due to delivery vehicles

• good beds, aircon, plenty of windows - light, clean.
• no late bar, staff had to run to another hotel to get a cork screw for us! room a little small

“Absence of a late bar will stop me from using this hotel again. generally acceptable since we just wanted somewhere to talk and sleep. The hotel was pleasant enough and so were the personnel, tho' it didn't light any fire. The wash basin did not empty, which was a bit of a pain. Overall, o.k, but not good enough to recommend.”

• Es imposible estar m' cTntrico. El personal muy correcto, amable y educado. Hablan espa'ol.
• Dirfa que no hay nada negativo.

“Valoro muy positivamente la situaci=n del hotel. La buena situaci=n compensa con creces las estrellas de los hoteles. Este hotel viene a ser un 3 estrellas justito; pero recomendarfa este hotel a todo el turista que quiera ir a Londres. El desayuno no est'incluido (6'5 libras, correcto)
La reserva por internet de hotel y pasajes funciona perfectamente. En mi caso, sobre ofertas similares en las agencias de viajes, tuve un ahorro de 900 euros (4 personas). S=lo queda un cabo suelto: el traslado desde el aeropuerto a la ciudad: Gatwitch queda a 1 hora en taxi (82 libras) o en el tren Gatwitch Express (precio especial de 2 por 1 y recomendable sacarse la vuelta)”

• Location, staff very helpful, cleanliness, good daylight in room & attractive furnishings, location, children welcomed.
• Hotel was not easy to see from along the road. Top of wardrobe was dusty, no child lock on pay TV - minor things and hope to stay there again.

“The hotel location is excellent. It is a very well managed hotel with high standards of cleanliness. Staff helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The buffet style breakfast was good, food was OK. We hope to stay in the hotel again.
When I booked over the internet I was uncertain that the children would be free sleeping in the room with me and, despite phoning, wasn't absolutely sure that this would be the case until I actually checked in. I was asked to pay for the breakfast for both my children, despite being a single adult: the room rate included breakfast for up to 2 adults and felt that one of the children should have been offered a free breakfast in lieu. However the overnight rate we had was very good and so I was not going to argue the point.
These are minor points and I would like to say thank you for a very good stay.”
