• Violet haze day spa.
• Steam room and Jacuzzi was not working .

“This is our third visit to this hotel, on all occasions the Jacuzzi was not working all three times, the second time we went the sauna was not working, and however on this occasion the Steam room was not working. So we have never been able to fully use the Spa facilities, in fact we never used any of them as I really don't like using the sauna without the steam room etc, I did inform the duty manager however I was not invited back when all facilities were working (the spa was the reason for all 3 visits). However the room was lovely and clean, the staff was very friendly, the room service was prompt and efficient, the restaurant and the sports bar were a pleasure to visit, the settings were fab, and my Hubby enjoyed the golf (which he had played the other times we went). The most enjoyable part of my stay was to the violet haze day spa and with the help of the wonderful Trisha Paice I managed to put behind me the fact that the other part of the spa was non existent. I had the G5 full body massage which was wonderful, I also had the Full body brush and mud wrap, It left me feeling relaxed and ready to start again, this lady is a true, good and positive influence for the Copt Horne Hotel. She meet my requirements to the full and was professional at all times, her attitude was flexible and she put the Copt Horne customers to the forefront of her busy schedule, I really recommend a visit to this lady for whatever reason your visit to the Copt Horne maybe, Her prices are really great.”
