• Scenic views.
• No phonebook in room, directions on how to operate the TV, or basic hand soap.

“Excellent location to Logan International Airport with convenient shuttle service. Amazing views throughout the hotel. Staff went out of their way to accommodate and make you feel welcome. Room decor was colorful and modern with many extra comforts.”

• I loved the view of the airport runways! The Boston Harbor was beautiful as well.
• Price for parking at $33/day! Are you kidding?

“My husband and I enjoyed an excellent steak dinner. Again, pricey but very tasty and elegantly served. Had a private room with almost no noise at all (an occasional slammed door from nearby). I love the soaps, citrus and lavender, what a beautiful fragrance. The pool is a bit on the cold side but refreshing. We liked that it was a salt-water pool and didn't burn our eyes like chlorine pools. Again, the view and location are superb. We had no problems other than the pricey parking lot.”

• The view of Boston from the outside patio restaurant.
• The trash can in our room had not been emptied and there was a tear in the sheet on my bed and parking should be included.

“The hotel has a wonderful view of Boston over the harbor and the room was modern & very comfortable. Parking should be included with the cost of the room. $32 for parking in a lot with hardly any cars in. This hotel is not in downtown Boston!”

• It was noisy-doors slamming-very early.

“I think in terms of appearance/amenities etc. The hotel is great. I have stayed here before, and never had any problems, but this time it seemed to be noisy very early. I guess people had early flights?”

• View to harbor. Helpful concierge. (Got Red Sox tickets).
• $32 self-parking. Asinine.

“This was an attractive hotel with an unobstructed view of the Boston Skyline across the Boston Harbor. There are little fires inside some of the tables to keep warm. Comfortable outdoor seating. The concierge helped me get Red Sox tickets and told me how to get to the game on the subway. Parking was far too expensive, since this wasn't even downtown. I paid $10 for 2 nights of parking at the Newark Hilton the night before. This hotel was $32 for self-parking for 1 night.”

• Beautiful location on the water, great food, and nice staff.
• Parking is expensive.

“I loved the location on the water and at night you can sit outside next to the harbor with a fire and order food and drinks. It was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, I loved the hotel, but hated the tolls and parking fees in the city.”

“The Airport Hyatt is clean and somewhat attractive, but it does not compare to the airport Hilton in Boston. The shuttle service to the Subway was slower than that of the Hilton. One night we had to wait 30 minutes to be picked up from the Subway station which is only 8-10 minutes away.”

• The location was good. The view of Boston downtown was breathtaking.
• Cost of parking on their property, no fridge or coffee pot.

“The hotel itself was very nice. Indoor pool/gym/2 restaurants. The rooms were good size and had a great view over the harbor onto downtown Boston. The staff was very accommodating. 24/7 free hotel shuttle to airport. We used it to get to the airport Subway station. Only a few minutes from the airport/subway/downtown. The down side is that there are no in-room refrigerators, coffee pot and they charge $32/day to park on their property. I encourage anyone staying here to park in the economy lot number 3 at the airport. Only use number 3 lot. It costs $18/day. Pay for one day only and keep your car there as long as you want with the pass in the front window. The airline bus drivers/parking attendants told us this on the sly. There is no one stationed there to check the car out, so they don't enforce daily rates, you can take it out/in whenever you want without penalty. You will not need your car while in Boston, use the subway. It stops running at 12:30 am.”

“First class hotel with a beautiful location that was unexpected. We were very surprised as to their great hospitality and the comfort. If our travels require a return to Boston this hotel would be our first choice.”

• The view of Boston harbor was fabulous, The staff was fabulous, and the service exceptional.
• The kitchen closed at midnight. such a shame.

“This hotel is great. I had a fabulous room, with excellent amenities, and friendly staff. There was a lot of space and privacy, as well as someone there to help with any need. One of my better hotel stays ever.”

• Shower head was sad - I had a handicapped room and the shower would barely dribble.

Staff did not indicate that I only had 10 minutes from check out to get my luggage and leave hotel parking lot and when it took me 20 minutes tried to charge me an additional $12.00 over and above the $32.00 they already collected for me to park my own car for just 8 hours. Staff were not very friendly. Hotel was very convenient for airport traveling.”

• I did not get the smoking room which I had wanted.

“I specifically asked for a smoking room as my wife and I are heavy smokers and both have smoked over 50 years. When we checked in we were informed that the hotel only has 6 smoking rooms and they were occupied. After a pleasant meal in the restaurant, we stepped outside to the patio for a smoke. There were at least 30-35 people outside smoking. Does the hotel need to rethink its smoking policy. I think it needs to listen to its customers preferences.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Parking fee for the hotel.

“All of the staff was very helpful. The hotel was located close to Boston Logan airport, gas stations and car rental return. Free shuttle service was provided to and from the rental station and the airport. As a result, I decided to return my rental car that evening. Since the hotel location was close to the rental return, this was an easy process, even at 11:00 PM. The hotel provided return shuttle service from the rental center that arrived shortly after I returned my car. Our flight was early the next morning so we were unable to take full advantage of all the hotel had to offer.”

• Pay for parking and tolls.

“The hotel is very nice. The staff is very nice. The views are also nice. Now for the bad stuff. Parking is $32/day. Coming in and out of the hotel due to tolls is at least $4.75. Add it all up and it gives you a big headache. Don't stay here. Stay inside the city and take public transportation. Boston is not commuter friendly.”

“We could not have been happier with this hotel. Everyone was so helpful. They shuttled us back from car rental and to and from the Subway whenever we would call with very little waiting and to the airport. Held our luggage for us the day of departure and we were able to swim long after checkout. Everyone just was very nice. The view of the harbor was awesome. Could lay in bed and look out and see only the water past the window. Beautiful.”
