“I was very impressed with this hotel. Although this was a 3 star, I would give it 4 stars. The location was fantastic, next to the Boston Aquarium and waterfront. The room service was fantastic and the room layout and services (ipod station player and alarm radio, large flat screen TV, large room, safe, mini fridge and clean bathroom to name a few).”

“This hotel is in a wonderful location and has wonderful amenities. You can walk anywhere from this location or take the T and not get wet. Anytime I am in Boston, I would stay here.”

“This hotel overall is pretty nice. The parking cost, however, was a huge turnoff. There are plenty of other places in Boston to park for less overnight and they charged a lot considering that I was staying as a guest. I would recommend staying in the area to a friend. Shame on them for making someone like my family feel ridiculous after parking our car and not explaining the fees.”

“Everything you would expect in a major upscale hotel is available and whether traveling by foot, boat, public transport or taxi it is all nearby (instant access to attractions like: aquarium, harbor, freedom trail and north end). As a bene, it looks like views from most rooms provide active street or harbor life.”

“You cannot get any closer to the water at Long Wharf in Boston. My room had a view of the harbor and the aquarium. Beautifully decorated rooms, the interior gives the appearance of a cruise ship. We did not eat here, but the hotel locale is steps away from the North End, known for its fine Italian flavor and food. I would stay here again in a minute. I did not like the $42.00 parking fee. Next time, I would park in the suburbs at a train station and take the T in. There is an Aquarium stop on the corner.”

“The Marriot Long Wharf is in a perfect location for those looking to take in the sights of Boston. It is in walking distance to some of Boston's top seafood and Italian restaurants as well as being across from the famous Quincy Market. Also, it is in the Financial District for those traveling on business. I would recommend this hotel for vacationing families as well as business travelers.”

“While staying at this hotel a very important bag I had was lost or stolen. When I checked out of the hotel I was told not to worry my items would be brought down and stored for the morning. I had a few things to take care of in the city and returned later for my bags at which time I noticed something missing. I spoke with several employees of the hotel and they promised to locate my bag and return it to me. Long story short, I never got my bag back or even a phone call from the hotel. I called the hotel several times and in the end they blamed it on another customer. I will never stay here again!”

“This is a great hotel at a great location in downtown Boston where it's just across the street from the Boston Aquarium, 5 min - walking distance from North End, beautiful view of the harbor, walking distance to a lot of major areas in downtown. The room was a decent size but it was nice and well-equipped with a 42" flat panel TV. I enjoyed my stay.”

“Easy access from highway, nice, clean comfortable rooms, right near all the action. The hotel front desk was ill tempered. The bellhop service was non existent. These couple of things really overshadowed the pro's of the visit.”

“I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. The location was great. A late night menu would have been nice. However the fee of $42.00 to park my car was unknown until it was billed to my credit card! For that reason alone, I will not stay there again unless they credit my account.”
