• The location was fantastic.
• The service was horrible. We had issues with our room, and the staff made it seem as if it was an inconvenience to them.

“If you absolutely need to stay near Wall Street, or belong to their club, then I can understand why you might stay here. Otherwise, I would not recommend it. The rooms were attractive, but are very small. Our AC was broken not only in the first room that we checked into, but the second room that we were put in. When we called the second time to report the problem, the front desk clerk acted inconvenienced. Overall, it took us over an hour to get the situation resolved.”

• Club Quarters is always clean, nice fitness facility and conveniently located.
• A pool would have been nice but other than that it was great.

“The hotel was conveniently located in the Financial District and very accessible to public transportation. The rooms are always very clean, water is available at no charge for guests which is always nice in NYC. Their workout facilities are always very clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again for future travel.”

• Great location, cleanliness, internet access, safe & secure.
• Our room was very small.

“Club Quarters at Wall Street has a very convenient location. Our room, and the public areas, were clean. Although our room was very small. I traveled alone with two children, and always felt safe in, and around, the facility.”

• The room was small.

“I would highly recommend this hotel if you wish to stay in downtown Manhattan. The hotel is seconds from Wall Street and the Wall Street Subway station. It is an easy 5-10 minute walk to all downtown amenities and services. The hotel was clean, no bed bugs, bed was comfortable, complimentary bottled water was provided and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only picky issue was the shower (other than the faucet and shower head) appeared quite old and did not have the same refinement as the rest of the bathroom and hotel room in general.”

• Room was only cleaned once in 3 day trip - not enough towels.

• Too practical to be service oriented. Disappointing restaurant.

“The hotel was nice enough. It had nice fixtures and furniture, but the rooms were way too small. Also, the location was super far away from most other things in Manhattan.”

• Not one redeeming quality, I liked nothing about it. I didn't die while there, that is best thing I can say.
• Not enough words to explain. Location, appearance, quality, star level, size of room, cleanliness, shower, TV, air unit, etc.

“Room was disgusting, shower floor was like a truck stop, I had to buy a can of Lysol and spray the entire room and cleaned the shower floor and bathroom.”

• Incredibly small rooms and bathrooms. Staff was incorrect on every question asked about NYC attractions, never responded to room requests.

“I called to see if they were family friendly, if they had two full/queen beds per room, and if they equipped to have a family with five children. They said they were. With roll-away beds, we could barely walk around the room. The staff answered all of our questions about NYC attractions incorrectly (like what time did things open, how to go, etc) which was frustrating. Requests for blankets, sheets and pillows for the roll-away beds were never delivered and we had to go hunt them down in the hall closets. At check-out we requested a luggage cart for our many bags but they never came. Finally, we made three trips and got it all down stairs (not easy for young children). I would not return. It would be great for business people but certainly not for traveling families. By the looks of things and the conditions of the neighborhood, I think they were desperate for $.”

• Great hotel for the (weekend) price. Several Subway stops within a few blocks. Quiet, clean, helpful staff.
• Hard to find nearby, open eateries late on a weekend evening.

“Good location if you do not care about being in the center of "it all." The staff was helpful, the room was clean & comfortable, several Subway stops are nearby.”

• The hotel would be great for business travelers.
• The hotel was very uncomfortable. The cooling system was out of control, the room was an inferno!

“The hotel was far away from Penn Station, I expected the drive to be relatively short, but it was not. The hotel itself was very cramped, if you are looking for luxury, you have come to the wrong place. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

• First room was beside the condenser outside very noisy.

“All in all a good place to stay, the first room I had was beside the condensers outside very noisy. The second room was great except for the fact the blinds were broken in some places.”

• I appreciated it was nearby a Subway stop.
• The front check in area was very small and got crowded.

“For the price and location near a Subway stop, I think this is a convenient and affordable option in New York. We only stayed one night but I would consider staying again for a longer trip.”

“I liked the hotel but the location was way Downtown, in the Financial District. Getting anywhere was costly and time-consuming. Next time I will stay either Midtown or a little further up in Downtown.”
