“Stayed here with my parents for my first visit to Niagara falls. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are of decent size. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which was very convenient. The falls are a very short walk, about 5 minutes from the hotel. There is free parking provided. The Seneca Niagara Casino is directly in front of the hotel. I cannot comment on the restaurant in the hotel having not eaten there. All in all this is a very good place to stay if you are a leisure traveler. Not so much for the business traveler since, they do not maintain their business center properly.”

“The hotel is a good hotel but a little off from the main attractions. Charging for car parking even for the hotel guests was a little hard to accept especially considering the fact the hotel was away from the main strip at least a few blocks.”

“My room had stains on the ceiling. Bathroom shower had mold, rug was soiled and dirty, staff was non existent, no restaurant. Fire alarm went on, hotel staff did not give an all clear to go back into hotel after evacuation.”

“I didn't quite know what to expect, but this was probably one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. There is a flyer in the room that tells you about how you can buy the bedding they use in the rooms. Very comfortable, clean, great mattress, and overall great experience. Highly recommended.”

“The location of the hotel was very good. Ample parking is available and the hotel staff gladly authorize the parking ticket. The staff was courteous and friendly and the hotel is neat and tidy. They also have a Starbucks in side the hotel, which is very cool. There is breakfast available, which the staff did not tell us about (for a fee of course). The staff did not walk us through the hotel or inform us about the laundry, gym, pool, etc, neither did they inquire about any club memberships. I am a priority club member, and when inquired later in the day, I was offered a better room and a breakfast coupon. If you are used to attitudes that you can expect in New York, then you should be good (with all due respect).”

“Pleasant staff, nice room with a great bathroom and awesome bed. We were located on the fall side, and though we couldn't see the falls themselves (just the mist), we did have a nice view of Ontario - the fireworks display was very pretty. I would recommend this to others as a great place to stay.”

“Originally we were told that there was no other room to change us to. I phoned back after noticing the towel, glasses, soap, etc had been used. They immediately changed my room to one that did not smell like smoke. The hotel and staff was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“It was ok. Next time I will definitely call ahead to ensure a non-smoking room. We were stuck in a smelly smoking room. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff in the lobby and pool area were excellent. Less can be said for the sports bar/restaurant. Good prices, but very bad service, bordering on impolite service in the restaurant.”

“I expected to stay in a wonderful updated hotel room. The carpet had dark stains. There was no tub in the bathroom -- very disappointed! Women like to relax and take baths. The fan in bathroom wasn't working. The art work was hung next to the bed -- odd! Should have been on the big bare walls facing the bed. In the morning, doors were slamming at 6 am, as people were leaving. This went on for twenty minutes. Mediocre experience.”

“The hotel was in a good location to the falls and much nicer than most of the hotels in the area. Bar/restaurant had decent food, but not much selection. People were friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice place and would recommend.”
