• Awesome pool and amenities.
• The pool bar shut down at 5 PM.

“Beautiful lobby area, room and amenities. We loved the wrap around pool and bar area - not to mention the water slides. They had lots of activities including kayaking, Putt Putt and a great gym. I wish I could have stayed longer.”

“This was a very nice hotel with excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and had a few places to eat. The only draw back was if you stayed on the other side of the hotel from the front desk it would be quite a long walk to get to your room.”

• The breakfast buffet should have had pancakes, waffles or French toast.

• I love the fact that I am on airport property, as an airline employee you cannot know how comforting this is.
• You should not have to pay for bottled water in these upscale hotels, that should be included or eliminated altogether.

• The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great accommodations.
• Paying for parking, although it is discounted for hotel guests.

“We had to find a hotel because the apartment we were supposed to be moving into was disgusting. We were greeted by a friendly and concerned desk attendant. The room was clean and elegant with a comfy king bed, beautiful bathroom, and great view of the main airport terminal (great for people watching). The soap/shampoo collection was some of the best I've used at a hotel. It was great to relax in one of the many sitting areas and watch planes take off and land. The pool area was very cool and overlooked the runway. I thought the noise might be an issue. but it was not at all. I look forward to staying here again.”

“We had an early flight out of MCO and this was the best experience we could've had. Not having to get up at 2:00 am and drive an hour to the airport, was well worth the price. The room was all I expected it to be. Fantastic.”

• The location was great - right inside the airport. The staff was extremely helpful and polite.
• The only thing was our room location. We had to walk a bit to get to the elevators.

“The hotel is very well taken care of. We thought since it was in the middle of the airport that it would be noisy, but it wasn't. The check in was easy. We asked the staff about directions to port Canaveral, they had them to us within 5 minutes. When we asked about internet access, they took us right to a computer station. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Check out was easy as well. No complaints at all.”

• Very clean, very secure - in airport - lots of places to just walk around safely.
• Paying for parking but it wasn't that much.

• Alarm for the airport went off in the very early hours of the morning.

“I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is so easy to step off the plane and simply go up a couple of floors in the airport for the night. The rooms are always clean and comfortable.”
