• I liked the convenience.
• Water was 4 dollars a bottle, no vending machine for snacks.

• I really liked the ease of check-in and check-out, even when I had to add a night onto my stay.
• I didn't like paying for internet access. I've stayed at lesser places that offered free internet access.

“The staff was friendly and helpful (especially with the cookies) and the rooms were really nice. There was only smoking available at the time, and I did notice the smoke smell in the room (I'm not a smoker) but it wasn't that bad. I was extremely disappointed with the charges associated with internet access. For such a common thing these days, one would expect this to be a courtesy. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying again (if necessary), but as a business person who uses the internet it obviously wouldn't be my first choice.”

• The hotel was clean and in the perfect location for my purposes.
• Parking was outrageously expensive. It was not what I consider a 3-star hotel.

“This is a very clean, very efficient hotel in the heart of Buckhead. Best part about the hotel was the free WiFi. The staff was friendly and very helpful and I had no problems whatsoever.”

• Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Lounge was open to the lobby and very loud.

“Excellent location with easy access to public transport system. Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful with our inquiry about good restaurants nearby. Free shuttle service to area. Great shopping and location.”

• The location and professional staff was most appealing to me.
• The coffee in the restaurant could have been hotter and the gift shop was hidden away outside the guest's view.

“The hotel staff immediately recognized my birthday the day before. I was given cookies and a two day breakfast pass. The gift shop I did not find until two days later. It should have been more noticeable.”

• It was clean, the staff was friendly and it was within 100 yards of the Buckhead Marta Station.
• The parking fee was $20.00 per day and the breakfast was not included in our package.

• That people were hanging out in front of the hotel drinking beer.

“This hotel is in a very nice area and we enjoyed it very much. The room was nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was excellent.”

• The hotel itself is good, great location and has good design. The rooms are good, and clean.
• The employees make a lot of mistakes and don't know how to treat their guests.

“It was like sleeping in the car. they tried to masked it up for us when they offered us a free breakfast the next morning and they moved us to another king size room. We were moved to another room has a king size bed, sofa bed and crib as we have requested. however, when we were sleeping the receptionist called my husband when he was sleeping and insisted that my husband should wake up now and go downstairs to solve some kind of problem. my husband skid the receptionist to wait till we wake up later but the receptionist did not accept. In the sum this trip was nightmare.”

• The staff was courteous and gracious.
• My room had a musty order but, they provided another room and you have to pay $25 a day to park.

“Hotel was clean, Employees very friendly and helpful with all my requests. Warm Cookies given upon check in were AWESOME and a nice unexpected surprise! Felt very well taken of care.”

• Bed linens and toiletries (Neutrogena) were wonderful!
• Parking - expensive and too far away.

“Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Buckhead, but is off the main street (Piedmont) approx 1 block - making the access/egress much easier. Very quiet and low key.”

• Old style TV.

“Nice place to stay for the money. Valet park is $25, $20 for self park. This is the norm for area, so don't be surprised. Great staff, rooms show a bit of wear but are ok, beds are good, no flat panel TV.”

• I did not like the price of the hotel parking and the thin walls.

“Pretty nice hotel with very thin walls. There was construction next door, so you heard everything! Had to turn the fan/Air conditioner up high to create some white noise. The price to park was extremely high.”

• Bed was great.
• We requested 2 double beds but did not get them. We got a queen and a cot. So 3 people had to sleep together.

“The hotel was very nice. I didn't like the fact that we didn't receive the 2 bed room. We didn't realize that there was a $20 charge for parking until we arrived.”
