• The indoor pool.
• The room temperature of the indoor pool area was a bit cool the first day.

“This was our third stay at the Omni in San Antonio. The convenient location, friendly staff and indoor pool always keep us coming back.”

• The staff was the most friendly and helpful of any hotel I've stayed at.
• The location was not ideal.

“The staff made this hotel one of my favorites. Every where you turn you get a friendly person. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was nice and clean.”

“Hotel is nice but not a 4 star rating. Rooms are older and had a musty smell. Lobby and group accommodations were nice, but not 4 star. Updates are necessary.”

• Reasonably priced, good food, good pool and spa area, also security for the parking lot was noticed.
• Can not say anything negative about it.

• Very good gym and decor.
• The kids that were playing in the gym.

“My room had a king size bed and I had two children. I needed to pay more upon arrival to get two double beds. It was clean but the AC had a dripping noise that lasted all night. It would not stop unless the AC was running.”

• Hotel was very nice, had an indoor pool, something for my kids to do when it was raining.
• No continental breakfast.

“The hotel was very nice, very much a four star. Although the outside pool was dirty, it had a very nice inside pool, which was just perfect for my family when it was raining outside. Staff very friendly, very helpful. But you do get charged for bottled water in your room, charged for use of robes, charged for extras in the fridge. Overall we had a very nice stay, would definitely stay there again.”

• Great size room with comfortable bed & appeared clean.
• Although carpet looked clean, my son's white socks turned black after awhile.

“Would definitely go back again. Experience was awesome. Hotel just needs to make sure they are vacuuming & cleaning the carpet in the rooms on a regular if not daily basis. Although the carpet appeared clean, my son's white socks turned dirty after awhile.”

• Shuttle service was great, swimming pools excellent.
• Overpriced room service for meals, no late checkout available.

“Very friendly staff, my $12.50 breakfast ended up costing $25.68 after fees, room was comfortable, don't use the iron, they leaked yellow water.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• We were given a very small room that had not been cleaned or used in a long while.

“No one to help with the luggage. The room itself was very, very small and had obviously not been cleaned or used for a long time.”

• Very clean with many comforts and convenient.
• Wild young children in the pool and hot tubs after 9 pm.

“This is the 3rd time we've stayed. 1st two visits were wonderful and everyone made us feel like kings. This visit we felt ignored and when we did get help we felt like an inconvenience. We only stayed one night but really looked forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub that evening. Both pools and hot tubs had very young, loud, splashing children in them until after 11:30 pm.”

“I thought this hotel was nice. I feel they should offer more children's TV channels. I have not yet heard back from them regarding this matter.”

• The use of the Business center was expensive.

“The staff was very friendly. We were greeted by everyone. The children were given a bag of goodies and there were games available to borrow. The fitness room is great and the kids loved the indoor pool.”

• Location was excellent for our needs, access to both loops in town was easy and plenty of business located nearby.
• Outdoor pool could have been a little cleaner.

“Excellent location with security in parking lot always. Someone at front door to assist you if needed clean, comfortable rooms, excellent staff, always helpful, plenty of businesses located near and easy access to both loops in town for making travel around town much easier.”
