• Extremely attentive staff.
• Valet parking.

“Excellent hotel experience. The staff went out of their way to greet our kids and make them feel welcome. After a long travel day, the scavenger hunts provided by the staff was exactly what we needed to keep going so we could adjust to the time change. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.”

• There was a courtesy car available that took us downtown on several occasions.
• The bar and restaurant were closed for renovation.

“Our stay was a very pleasant one. We were greeted by a friendly staff member whenever leaving or returning and we received helpful information when we required it.”

• Staff was helpful, room was great.
• Dining could be a bit better. one day the bath towels had a few stains on them.

“I would certainly be happy staying there again. Oh, and the fresh juice at the front desk in the afternoon is excellent. A very nice touch.”

“Lovely, restful facility in the heart of Cherry Creek - a great Denver hot spot. The 'valet only' parking and fee took me by surprise but the service far outweighed the cost - especially when I needed my car late at night.”

• Separate bath and shower in a large bathroom.
• Valet and bell staff was not very quick to help.

• This hotel was lovely! The staff was extremely friendly, and delivered excellent customer service.

“From the desk clerk to the wait staff, this hotel delivered amazing customer service, and made us feel pampered. The location is fantastic for shopping - everything in walking distance. A great experience!”

• The location outstanding, the rooms elegant, the open areas very nice, the value - over the top great.
• They do not have adjoining rooms, which open to one another.

“Wow - this place was a 4 star plus hotel easily. With the price, the value was outstanding. I wish I could get this one every time I selected cherry creek. The location around shopping, restaurants, cafe's just simply great. One more wow!”

“From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. Rooms and hotel were tastefully decorated and felt very comfortable to stay. Staff members went out of their way to make sure all needs were handled. Best service from any hotel I have ever visited.”

• I was treated first class even though I travel economy.
• The parking fee was $22.00 per night.

“Luxurious in many ways, from the linens to the roof-top spa to the high tech exercise room. Great shopping area.”

• I loved this hotel. the rooms were beautiful, the staff was not only friendly but fun and personable. I felt connected to the staff.
• I loved the hotel. No complaints.

“The J.W. Marriott in Cherry Creek is in many respects the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in some of the best in Europe and Asia. What made the stay so grand were the staff. Everyone was kind and personable. They made sure that we were aware of all of the amenities available and were not only pleasant but fun. I think that the setting is lovely. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants and we felt the entire Denver metro was accessible to us.”
