“The location of this hotel is great for walking to 16th Street Mall and Larimer Square. The parking was very costly. We could hear the woman in the next room on her phone through the air vent and the traffic noise outside woke us up early in the morning.”

“The hotel is two blocks from the 16th street walking mall. The mall is 8 or more blocks long capped on the north with the State Capital and city park complex, lots of restaurants, movies, and travel is by the hybrid mall buses. Walking distance from the mall to Pepsi center and Elitch amusement park.”

“The Grand Hyatt is one-block from the 16th Street Mall offering a nice balance of access to restaurants and shopping as well as a quiet less traveled area. This location also provides easy access to government facilities and the I-25/I-70 transportation corridors. I would gladly stay here again.”

“This hotel is ideal for people traveling to visit downtown Denver for business or leisure. It's within a few blocks of City Center Park, housing the Colorado State Capital. The room was extremely clean with a large bath tub with superior amenities.”

“This hotel is old and tired. The lobby is modern and fresh, the halls don't even look too bad, but the rooms are starting to show wear. It's not as modern and fresh as the other Hyatt Regency down the street. No views. The saving part of this hotel was that the front desk clerk, was excellent! He went out of his way to be nice and please us! Will stay again just for him. No 24/7 coffee shop open?”

“We arrived the night before the Democratic National Convention. The hotel was swarming with people and security. I was told it isn't always that way. There was a party across the hall that kept us up until 2:15 am.”

“I love the location in downtown Denver, the staff is quite courteous, housekeeping requests and room service was efficient and done correctly. The beds are so comfortable, and I love the massive amount of pillows. Very thankful that this hotel provides rooms for those of us who still smoke.”
