• Beautiful lobby area.
• Everything else, not worth the price at all.

“Worst Embassy Suite I have ever stayed at. Beautiful front lobby area. The rest is old and not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms smelled musty and felt damp. The hotel is in a need of a good overall renovation. You could tell that the money was spent on keeping the lobby area nice and the meeting rooms which had new carpet. The rooms are nothing like the lobby area or meeting areas. The carpet is old and stained, the furniture is cheap and old, the beds were just ok with lumpy pillows. The lock also did not work on our sliding door.”

• The hotel was close to the airport and UC Irvine.
• The beds were a little too bouncy.

“This hotel was very beautiful, one of the most beautiful Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in, but the beds were not as comfortable as some of the other Embassy Suites I have stayed in.”

• The fountains and the overall inside appearance.
• Some of the employees did not speak English & were unable to assist us.

• Excellent location, well appointed rooms, good breakfasts.
• Snacks at happy hour were poor. Hotel popup on TV was annoying.

“Overall experience was very pleasant. I was a stranger to the area and very pleased with its accessibility to the airport and the other places I had to find.”

• My family and I loved everything about this hotel, a bit pricey but so worth every penny spent.
• The tiny 24hr. Fitness room was not 24hrs at all and there were only treadmills to work out on.

“Worth every penny spent. Except for the little 24hr fitness gym that wasn't at all accessible 24hrs (they block it off @ 10pm or 11pm) with only 3 treadmills to work out on everything else was excellent. I'm recommending this hotel to others if they are traveling to that area.”

“The hotel was run down and not very well taken care of. I wanted a non-smoking room and had a difficult time getting one. The first room was a smoking room and when I went back to the front desk they told me they didn't have a non-smoking room although the hotel was mostly empty!”

“Hotel was in a good location, but when I checked in, the front desk attendant was somewhat rude and I was put in a smoking room and was unable to switch. Long night and not a positive stay.”
