• Easy to get to from the freeway. Food and staff were all very good.
• Probably my own fault but we didn't walk away with their money.

“Silver Legacy was easy to find off of highway 80. The check in area was very upscale. We were a little worried on the day we checked in when we found a fairly long line but to my surprise we were through it within 15 minutes and while in line we were presented with free champagne. We stayed in the Deluxe Spa on the 23rd floor and was very happy with the room. The bathroom itself had double sinks and a walk in shower as big as a room in itself. Ahh, and the room service was splendid. Always had fine food within 30 minutes! All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Silver Legacy is also connected to Circus Circus and El Dorado which made this the place to be. Great Bartenders through out the Legacy. Food was great. Simply put we were impressed.”

• Location is great in the heart of Downtown Reno.
• Cannot think of anything.

“I really enjoyed our stay here, wish it could have been longer. We were visiting Reno for the annual Balloon Races. We had to get up at 3:30 am to get ready for the Glow Show at the Balloon Races, the shuttle was to be at our Hotel at 4:15 am. When we went outside and asked where the shuttle was, the valet told us that the bus was full and it left early. This was a city shuttle. When I told the valet that we needed to be at the Balloon Races now, he went and got another valet to get a Hotel shuttle and take us, and the other people that were waiting, over to the location of the Balloon Race. That was above and beyond! Thank you Silver Legacy.”

• Proximity to Reno strip.
• Additional charges for use of steam room and fitness area. Small pool.

“Good hotel for the price. Pool is a bit small and there was an additional 8.00 charge per person for use of the fitness center and steam room.”

• Lobby was nice and location was good.
• The carpet in room very stained or dirty felt unclean.

“The carpet in our room was very stained or dirty, 2 or 4 glasses were not clean. The rest of the hotel was really nice.”

• The hotel lobby was nicely decorated.
• The rooms were small, didn't understand a resort fee that was charged, cleaning doesn't clean the room. Too expensive.

“The hotel lobby is beautiful, the restaurants are either too expensive for a family dinner or you get a buffet that you stand in line for hours just to get seated. The rooms are way too small for what you pay, no coffee maker in the room, the cleaning staff doesn't clean anything. Overall, I would not say this hotel is much more than a 2-star.”

• The location and casino.
• The beds were way too hard.

“The hotel was nice, and it has a free shuttle to the airport. The casino and lobby area were nice, great and fun bars. Be sure and check out Rum Bullions on the weekend. The dueling pianos are way to fun. Awesome location downtown Reno that you can walk over the skywalk to the El Dorado. My only complaint is the beds were way too hard.”

• The air condition wasn't cold enough for said heat and check out time they only had one clerk line was long.

“Great location, good restaurants, room was very dusty, informed staff that bathroom sink was clogged never responded to complaint. Would rather stay at New Indian casinos, than go back to Silver Legacy.”

• The room was very dusty and needed to be redone.

“Overall, it was a nice stay. The nightstand area was very dusty/dirty. There were several stains/marks/unidentified globs on the carpet. The furnishings were nice enough but the rooms need to be repainted and the carpets replaced. And then it needs to be kept clean.”

• The food at Sterling's was the best I've ever had.
• Overpriced for the area.

“The room was overall clean and nice, but you could tell from the carpet and wall paper it was out dated. The location was great for just getting out and walking around town. The best about the hotel was the food at a place called Sterling's.”

“Very neat place! It was clean and the rooms are quiet. The security at the elevators is also nice. I left a watch behind and after a phone call they found it and shipped it too me.”
