• Spencer's restaurant - pricy but very good.

• Excellent location.
• Parking expense is ridiculous.

“All in all this is a nice hotel, lives up to the Hilton standard. The drawbacks is the price for parking, the distance you have to walk after you park your own car, and the ridiculous internet charge. Most less expensive hotels have free internet service and better parking as well as better parking rates.”

• Fluffy towels, excellent beds, very clean.

“The location is convenient for airport travel. The rooms are spotless, bathroom amenities great with fluffy towels. The beds were very comfy with lots of pillows and puffy comforters.”

• I liked the interior design, amenities, 1200 checkout.
• $18/night to park, no hot water, only warm water and impatient, rude maids.

“It was clean and had a lot of amenities. The bed and pillows were comfortable. 12:00 checkout time was good. However, the maids kept knocking on my door on my last day. Starting at 08:00, they knocked 4 times to clean my room. Checkout is 12:00, I don't think they should keep bugging you. On one attempt, I had the hairdryer on and didn't hear them knock and so they tried to just come in. Also, the water was not hot. I had warm water in the shower and was actually cold while taking a shower.”

• Very comfortable bed, great location, shuttle made getting to airport easy.
• Directional signs from check in lobby to other lobby weren't obvious.

“Great place to stay before an early morning flight. The shuttle to the airport was ready & waiting for us when we came down in the very early morning -something we hadn't expected. It is confusing to figure out how to get from the check-in lobby to the second lobby & then to the elevators - but we figured it out.”

• Very spacious and open, inviting lobby.
• Paper thin walls-running water amplified throughout.

“Excellent airport location. Restaurant is excellent and enjoy the layout and ambience. Business travelers will like the convenient SeaTac connections. Sound travels, so if you like it quiet, ask the staff to select your room with care.”

• Close to the airport with free shuttle. Nice mattress.
• Charges for internet, scratchy towels.

“This hotel is fine if you are only spend a couple of days in the area and do not want to go into Seattle proper. The location is only good for it's proximity to the airport. We stayed overnight because we had an early flight and did not want to deal with traffic in the morning. It is a nice looking place with a good courtyard and a steak restaurant in the lobby.”

“Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms but the handicap room although very large, had a very lopsided and lumpy bed. I would try this hotel again.”

• Could improve its wine list by glass, overpriced and not very good quality.
