• Bedspreads to big and heavy, freeway to close, noisy.

• The room had a simple elegance to it. It was comfortable and it was decorated very nicely.
• The computer center did not work well at all.

“Worth staying. Views of the surrounding area are good from the window. Room was very comfortable. Definitely upscale feel. They need to work on the business center computers, though. The system was not working right at all.”

• Couldn't check in early. A ways from Pioneer Square but still walking distance.

• Not enough TV channels. Too many sports channels.

• Nice renovated rooms, very clean, excellent pool area and excellent fitness room.
• Too bad parking cost extra.

• Updated decor, comfortable bed.
• Bathroom can use some update.

“Very nice place to stay. Although it is not located in the heart of downtown, it is a few blocks away; the location is pretty convenient. The room has been recently updated and is comfortable. The bathroom is clean but would be nicer if updated. We stayed on the 19th floor and had the view of the neighboring buildings, which was pretty at night with all the lights.”

• It was the only room available in the city.
• Too expensive.

“It had a neat corner view of the freeway. The cafe on the top floor was pretty neat, but the restaurant was too expensive, the food bad, and the staff was a little obnoxious.”

• I didn't like that you had to pay to use wireless internet.

“Great location, and very friendly staff. Very helpful with any questions, early check-in when we arrived early, which was fantastic. Public Market was only a 15 minute walk away and short walk to many other places as well. Very enjoyable.”

• Beautiful lobby; friendly valet; good food, beverages in lounge.
• The freeway noise was bad - we couldn't sleep! Room dated.

• The staff that we interacted with were excellent.
• A little to close to interstate.

“Our experience was very good, enjoyed the happy hour specials in the lounge. Prices were very reasonable food was also very good. Service was superior through out the hotel.”

• Bar was overlooking city on the top floor & great breakfast/dinner on 2nd floor.
• View of the freeway from parts of the restaurant.

“Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pike place market. Great staff at front desk and in restaurant/bar. The breakfast staff is very attentive and there is a great reasonably priced buffet breakfast.”

“This hotel was not a 3 star hotel in my opinion but was very nice for the price. This would be a great business travelers hotel but is a little far away from tourist attractions but the public transportation was free and easy to use so that wasn't a major factor.”

• Concierge great and very helpful, knowledgeable.
• Parking was horrible, AC didn't work well, room hot, unable to fix.

“They need to establish different parking policy and give preference to their in house guests. They need to upgrade their AC. They need more staff in lobby and bell hops, car valet etc.”

“Terribly noisy. Corner room. Great, except it was right over the freeway. Noisy! The bed was made of stone, I finally garnered about an hours sleep in the desk chair. Never again!”

• Spaciousness.
• Staff entered my room without knocking - twice.

“Nice hotel - however not in the best location for touring Seattle. It's a bit of a walk down to Pike and Pine and the market. Front desk staff and room service staff were extremely friendly, however I had an engineer (to fix my internet connection) and someone dropping off my bill enter my room without even knocking. I was in bed when the bill was dropped off and heard the latch go - but I actually saw the engineer entered in my room with a key card. It wasn't good. Ordered room service and meal was excellent. Didn't eat in the restaurant however.”
