• Easy access in and out of the hotel downstairs.
• My room.

“The room was back in a corner. The carpet was very dirty, and it just wasn't a 5 star room. The downstairs facilities and hotel personnel were all very nice. I loved being downtown and having easy access to places I wanted to visit.”

• The location is unbeatable and the beds were comfortable.
• Internet charge in rooms, loud bar/lounge area, hard to find hotel information in room.

“I was very happy with this hotel. The location is unbelievable and makes exploring the city extremely easy. The rooms were nice, but unexceptional. Expect to pay for pretty much anything - and it won't be cheap! There are definitely a ton of business travelers, and they enjoy networking at the hotel bar, loudly!”

• This hotel was in a great location and the room was lovely. It was very convenient to Pike's Market.
• The staff at the lobby bar were not very helpful when we were looking for specific dining recommendations in Seattle.

“The price was great. The hotel had all of the amenities that we were looking for and was located right near Pike's Place, which we were able to walk to. The pool and exercise facilities were under construction but was not a big deal.”

• It was beautiful and in a great location.
• We didn't have any soap in the room the night we arrived and they dropped it off in the middle of the night with a knock at the door.

• It was right in the middle of tons of shopping, excellent shops.
• It was very busy, I guess it shows the popularity of the hotel.

“We enjoyed our stay there a lot. The rooms were roomy and nicely set up. The hotel was in an amazing location for all the tourist things we wanted to accomplish. It was an upscale location and in walking distance from most things. Great stay!”

• It was a Sheraton Hotel and was great in location food and staff.
• Nothing.

• It was centrally located.
• It took a while for our car to be taken for valet parking. A number of people were served before us despite us arriving first. It set a bad tone.

“We like the hotel. We found the majority of people we dealt with helpful except for the wait time for valet parking despite arriving before other people who were served before us.”

• Location was great!
• Loud hotel. You can hear everything going on in other rooms!

“Hotel is in a great location. The decor looks more like a convention center. It's really bright and gives you the feeling that you're in an office building. I didn't like that. Not very welcoming. No warmth. Room was ok, however, at 8 am on a Saturday morning, our neighbor in the room next to us had his TV on - you could hear everything. Way too loud!”

• Location in center of city.
• Extremely pricy room service!

“The room was clean and nice. The walls are kind of thin, though, we could hear the people next to us watching TV at like 2 am, but it was muffled, so maybe they just had the TV up really loud. We were up there for a convention and the hotel was packed, but everyone was really friendly still.”

“This is a terrible hotel. Our room was old and dirty. Everything in our room had a thick layer of dust covering it. This includes the TV remote, hairdryer, furniture, etc.”

• Damaging my rental, scratches on door, no one willing to address.
• The staff was over worked, not concerned if you visited again or not.

• The room was terrible: noisy, dirty, in poor repair, and in need of rehab.

“By the time we discovered how noisy this room was from the loud drone of exhaust fans on this hotel's adjoining roof, we had unpacked and gone to bed or we would have demanded a transfer. In the light of day the room was dirty, with major carpet stains, mold on the shower curtain, and many dirty smudges on the doors and woodwork. We had to call for maintenance in the evening because the safe didn't work, and the bathroom sink was stopped up. As a final insult, we were overcharged nearly $100 for $29 worth of dry cleaning. This was such a bad experience for us that we definitely won't be back to this hotel.”

• Room was just ok. Not the cleanest bathroom. Bathroom could use some updating. Good overall.
