• Comfortable bed, great decor, great shower and convenient location.
• The air conditioning in our room did not function properly.

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Because the air conditioning did not work correctly, we had to open the window which resulted in a good deal of noise.”

• The beds were really comfortable and the location could not have been better!
• I found the color of the walls a little drab-grey!

“We stayed for two nights, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable, and the location was great. We thought $5 for a bottle of water in the room was a bit steep but par for the course in this sort of hotel, I guess. We would definitely stay there again.”

• Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf. Extremely comfy beds.
• 39.00/night parking fee for on site parking.

“Very well appointed rooms with delightfully comfortable beds. The staff was very courteous and friendly.”

• Front desk staff was very nice.
• There was a WiFi charge, even at most 2 star hotels it is included.

“Very nice hotel. Happy with the price. Great location near Fisherman's Wharf. Fabulous front desk staff, knowledgeable on restaurants, public transportation, etc. Lots of families here too which was nice to see.”

• $39 valet parking.

• Friendly and helpful staff.
• Children & teenagers lounging around in the fitness room unsupervised while other guests were trying to workout.

“Conveniently located in Fisherman's Wharf with easy access to cable car and F line street car for other locations of interest (e.g. Chinatown, Union Square, Civic Centered). Facility was clean and staff was always friendly and helpful.”

• Excellent location, wonderful facility.
• Bathroom was dirty.

“The experience was wonderful. We were upgraded and had a fine location in the hotel. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful, going so far as to recommend a different parking garage that was more convenient for our needs.”

• Great location, friendly staff, large clean room.
• No free internet service & only restaurant is a sports bar.

“Great location; large, clean rooms, friendly staff. Fast, friendly valet service but don't bring a car to San Francisco if you can help it. Only negatives were lack of free internet service and a nice restaurant. There are; however, many restaurants in the area.”

• The staff was great. The room was nice and clean.
• Parking is expensive, but it's the same everywhere in SF.

“This hotel is situated right at the beginning of Fisherman's Wharf, close to a lot of great spots. The rooms are modern and probably newly renovated. Beds are clean and so comfortable. People at front desk are kind, fast and helpful.”

• The hotel staff went our way to be helpful. The room was comfortable.
• The concierge was efficient but not very friendly.

• The restaurant knuckles in the lobby was fun.
• Having to pay to park in hotel parking lot. 0.40 bucks a day.

“They also did not tell us there was a prom there on Fri. evening. Needless to say the lobby was full of kids for many hours with lots of foul language.”

• Exceptional friendly staff, Comfortable beds, great location. Very quiet, couldn't hear neighbors.
• I missed the small refrigerator in our room. With a small refrig, it's 10 in all categories!
